I did not like the quality of his service. He sold me an inferior product. I purchased a new air conditioning system when I had a remodel done in 2006. I had to replace a major part in the first three months and every year for five years straight on a brand new system. I received a lot of flack about performing warranty service and wanting me to pay service charges in addition to the warranty service. I felt I should not have to and we kind of had it out. I even called the air conditioning manufacturer in Texas. I have never called him back, I no longer wanted to deal with him. I refused to pay the charge for my last visit. I was not going to replace the same major coil in an air conditioning system for every single year even the first three months it was in service, that was ridiculous. He was courteous in the very beginning. He was not reliable and did not live up to and fulfill the warranty agreement. I would not use him again.
