They were prompt, courteous, and hard working. I was a little worried at first because theirs was the lowest bid, but they did an excellent job removing a tree, grinding the stump and trimming a few dead limbs. They also did a great job with clean up. Very happy. Would definately recommend.

The crew was very punctual, friendly, and proficient.

They came and removed the stump from the ground but left the stump and roots laying all over the place as well as divots in the ground. They told my property manager that they would be by **tomorrow** to clean up. This did not happen. I called any number I could find to get a hold of them for a week with no answers. I finally emailed them and the owner called me back and said they would be by on Saturday or Monday. Today is Tuesday and they still have not come.

The employees at J & C were very courteous and attentive to our needs. They did a good job, cleaned up the mess, and charged a fair price. We were very pleased.

Crew showed up one day after I contacted them to take down fire-damaged tree in my yard. Crew size and equipment enabled completion of the job in about 2-1/2 hours. This included tree and residue clean-up. Lowest estimate I received, by the way. Eder, Kevin and the team were the best! Someone came to give an estimate, and we accepted the quote. No one called us to make arrangements to do the work. After many calls I finally received a call for the work to be done. But, no one showed up or called with a reason for the delay. I called and text messaged their number, but no one ever got back with me. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company, not dependable!!

I’m very pleased with J&C tree experts. Everyone was professional, courteous and respectful. They removed very dense shrub around my house and property line and topped over 15 trees. They were always on time and kept me informed on progress of work. They also did an excellent job of clean up and removing all debris from my property.
