BANKS WILL ALWAYS BE MY RECOMMENDATION FOR ANY AC HEATING PROBLEM. THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE FRIENDLY AND WILL TAKE TIME TO EXPLAIN ANY QUESTIONS THAT YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THEY WILL CHECK THE UNIT FOR ANY SIGNS OF PROBLEMS AND SINCE I NEED THE AC FOR HEALTH REASON I FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH THEIR WORK. THEY UNDERSTAND HOW IMPORTANT THE AC IS TO MY HEALTH. I ALWAYS HAVE A CLEANING DONE AND ASK THAT THEY CHECK THE COMPRESSOR. I DO NOT NEED TO WORRY,CHECKING THINGS IS PART OF THE SERVICE. IT IS SUCH A BLESSING TO HAVE A COMPANY THAT YOU CAN TRUST. I DO NOT MIND PAYING FOR ANY SERVICE I JUST WANT TO BE ABLE TO KNOW THAT IT IS NECESSARY AND WITH BANKS I NEVER HAVE TO WORRY. I WOULD WITHOUT HESITATION RECOMMED THEM TO ANYONE. I BELIVE THEY DO BUSINESS THE PROFESSIONAL WAY.
Description of Work: THE COMPANY IS EXCELLENT. THEY CLEANED AND CHECKED THE AC UNIT. I HAVE A RESPIRATORY PROBLEM AND I NEED TO RUN THE AC ALL YEAR ROUND. I ALWAYS HAVE THE UNIT CHECKED AND SERVICED. JEFF BANKS HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED HONEST AND DEPENDABLE SERVICE. YOU CAN TRUST WHAT THEY TELL YOU.
