They were recommended by HomeAdvisor.com. The answered my online request before any other. They were able to send someone out the next day and fixed the toilet completely. They even were able to come earlier than they had scheduled and called me to let me know they could. The work only took a little over an hour. The serviceman was very courteous and knew what he was doing.

He replaced a valve on a sink faucet and removed a hair clog from a sink, but the two toilets that he repaired are no different than before. They won't give an estimate on the phone because the prices are sky high. My bill was over six hundred dollars.

Quick response to my problem

Ben Franklin followed up on my HomeAdvisor search that I did after midnight several hours later when they opened Saturday morning. They had a plumber here within the hour. Colby was clean, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Within a very short time he had evaluated the entire situation and determined the cause of the leak, including providing a photo along with an analysis, recommendation and repair. He was great!
