He is returning today, Sunday, to complete the job. The customer service we received was so refreshing. Since my husband is fighting ALS, I have to handle finding good help for home repairs. Several companies take advantage of women in this situation. It is such a blessing to find a company who you can trust.

I called them in the morning, they were here by noon, and the job was DONE in a couple of hours!!!! Unlike another company that set an appointment and never showed OR called!! I will use them again if I need a plumber!

A gas water heater was replace quickly and per schedule..

Did an outstanding job. Kept me informed throughout the install, Service Technician was very knowledgable and professional. Only complaint is that i was charged what I believe too much to have the old water heater removed from the house, considering that I helped the technician haul it out of the attic down two flights of staris.

Professional courtesy began at the door with the plumber putting on booties to protect my floors. We had a leak in the kitchen sink and needed our new faucet to be installed. He began by checking the plumbing throughout the house, noticing several things we had forgotten about, and he took care of those issues for a very reasonable fee. When he began work on the kitchen sink, it was more detailed and difficult than anticipated and much more time consuming, but he stuck to the original quote. Very pleasant business transaction.
