submitted my request after midnight on Sunday. Mr. Burdette called at 7 AM the next morning. I really appreciated his immediate response. A crew was at my house within three hours of the call. Immediately started to work and took care of my problems. I highly recommend Burdette plumbing.

The owner was very professional I called him about a little minor problem and he handled it very well, while also referring me to someone else who does the work for another project that I needed done. Which he didn't have to do,it's good to know that there are still some good business man like him and his staff.

Came out to fix a leak under sink. Said I needed new faucet. They replaced faucet and charged me 380.00 and left. Next day when I started putting stuff back under sink I noticed it was still leaking. They came back out and replaced a pipe. I paid 215.00 and they left. I started cleaning up after they left and saw the pipe was still leaking and sink was backing up. Called owner back and he said they needed to replace all the pipes under house for 2500.00. I really feel like I was being scammed, I will be filing a lawsuit against this company.

They came right out and fixed my water heater in no time.

They responded very quickly and were able to repair next day.

I would not recommend this company for any future repairs. They were not prepared to do a simple removal and replacement of a water heater. The workers asked to borrow tools and used a reciprocating saw to make cuts to remove wet drywall. The damage to the base and drywall had to be repaired by another individual. Although he reduced the installation price upon our complaint we had to pay that difference plus to have it repaired correctly. I truly wish that I could attach pictures to show how it was done

They are not thorough at all and will jump on the first possible fix no matter if it fixes your issue or not. I still have water leaking into my home.

They showed up on time the day after calling and did the job I requested in a timely manner

2 young men came, were not very knowledgeable. Boots covered with mud. Did not have any tools, had to use MY TOOLS! Could not fix it and told me I bought the wrong tub spout, that is why it did no work and I needed to get another. (Incorrect... I finally fixed it myself). Never cleaned up... I had to sweep up their mud. The only saving grace is it did not cost me anything... Because I am not paying for them to do NOTHING!
