They were super helpful and very professional. I got updates on the repairs because I am two hours away from the house where they were working. They tried to work a solution out that would be cheaper, but we ended up replacing the fixtures of the shower, but I appreciate them Trying to go a less expensive route first. That spoke volumes about their integrity.

Very prompt and professional service. I dont feel like I was overcharged, worker didnt mind going under my trailer altho it was muddy and rainy. He spotted the problem right away and even one we didnt even know we had.

Paid approximately $4000 last year to install a tankless water heater. Never had hot water inside but had hot water in outside faucets. Mr. Burdette sent several different workers to try to fix the problem. I was patient due to him having health problems and the Covid was creating problems for everyone. Mr. Burdette replaced parts and really tried to make everything work properly. Obviously either he or his workers were not qualified. Finally I got another company to reroute some of the plumbing. It cost me another $450 but in less than 45 minutes the problem was solved.

They showed up fast, fixed the leak and was gone. It was on the weekend too.

It took them two visits over a two day period to do a job that should have been done in two hours. They did not have the parts and I had to go to the hardware store to get the PVC pipe for the repair. What plumber shows up at a job without 3/4 schedule 40 PVC pipe and the necessary fittings to fix a water main. The first day they finished the repair and said keep your fingers crossed. They turned on the water and of course it began leaking again. It was late in the day so they had to come back the next day. They said they would return between 6:30-7:00 am. They showed up at 8:30. The second attempt was successful Also when they began the job I asked how much it would cost and they said around 100.00. Well that grew to 275.00. I feel I paid more than double due to them not being prepared and having to make a second trip. Very dissatisfied and will never use home advisor or Angi again.

In 2021 far too many companies fail to respond or show up for work. The Burdette Plumbing quickly answered the call for help with a major plumbing issue. Not only did they respond but they showed up and got the job done in one day. We need far more professionals like the Burdette team, who will show up, do outstanding work, and be affordable. That was this company. Highly recommended.

These guys were/are awesome! They were very professional, personable, and courteous. I have an older home and was unsure how this project would progress. Called on Thursday and scheduled the work on Friday. They came in, opened the walls and went to work. No upsell, just did the job as quoted. When the work was completed (same day) they even came in under the quoted price. Would definitely use again!

I paid $4000... after over a year, I still cannot even get a warm bath! But, my outside faucets have HOT water.

They had to leave and come back twice for parts. All in all everything else was good.
