My experience with Burdette Plumbing was great! They were very professional and understanding. I will definitely use them again for future projects.

Very professional should up on time. Bathroom had a broken water line and flooded my home. They replaced pipes in a shower that needed an access panel cut into a wall, replaced toilet flange and set a new toilet, repaired a broken pipe that flooded my home, and came back to install the fixtures when the bathroom was completed. Let me tell you water damage is a terrible thing but Burdette Plumbing was the bright spot in the situation! If you need plumbing work done call Burdette Plumbing!

The first attempt to find my home failed, and the company didn't contact me. Eventually they arrived and did the work. That part went well and I was very satisfied with the final result.

Burdette Plumbing was the only plumber in the area who was available immediately. They arrived on time, weâ re courteous and professional, found the problem quickly, fixed it the same day, all for a very reasonable price. Saved us from an enormous water bill. No question we will call them again.

Only negative was arrival time that was later than agreed. Workers were courteous and capable.

They were on time, they came and accessed the problem and repaired it at a reasonable price. I will use Burdette again if needed.

Has an after-hours problem and had to shut off the main water supply. Call Me. Búrdétt ànd had a crew come over àfter-hours and repair the problem. Did not charge an outrageous Service Charge. He's my plumber from here out.

Do not use this company. They never fixed the problem I had to have the city come out to find the sewer line after this company dug up my whole front yard, side yard and back yard. They never actually unclogged it I ended up having to and when I asked for half my money back they never responded. BE AWARE

Very friendly

Bubba and Brian were nice, careless guys who worked without adequate supervision. Tracked mud all over the house, did not bother to check if they had everything connected (they did not). Mr. Burdette visited the job only at the very end, and never knew where they were in the job. Once he told me they had only one connection to make, so I sent him photos of 3 other unconnected pipes. He would tell me that his guys would finish the next day and the guys would shake their heads in disbelief. They would arrive in the morning only to discover that they needed a part and both would go off for an hour or more to get the part.

My job was not completed and wanted to charge me more than what the job is cost.

Good customer service

Great service time! I called on a Wednesday and had my service done on a Friday! The process went very smooth! I will be back in touch to have other services done in the future. So thankful for Burdette Plumbing!

Came out on a weekend and had a great attitude.

They came in and cut the water heater on. They were very nice.

John was very nice, polite and friendly. He informed us of what he was going to do and did a wonderful job.

Would not recommend.

Did not have the tools available for the project. A job that took 4 trips and 2 days was done in 18 teen minutes when they bought the right tool. This cost me a lot of time putting things back together. Plus they charged me extra for the unnecessary work that was done because of not having the right tool for the job. A sink that was not draining should have cost around $125, cost me $200 with a 10% military discount. On the plus side, they did give the VA discount, Came on time, Were pleasant, and easy-going. But would have to give serious thought to hiring again.
