The help Mr. Burdette hired was basically inept, they spent a lot time in the work vehicle fixing his vape devise. After 13 hrs on day 1 without water they managed to damage the Moen valve for the shower, scorch the tub with the solder flame, cut a huge hole in the wall of the other bathroom under the cabinet and cap the supply lines so we could have water thru the night. When I asked on them to not return he told me to f off. Day 2, the moen valve was replaced and water restored, another 4 hours without water. I was charged 900.00 for this service, which was 300 above the estimate. I do not recommend nor will I use Burdett plumbing ever again. They also took a 2 and have hour lunch break to pick up the correct parts need for the showers on Day 1.

The owner is very friendly and straight up with you. Top notch workers they came and had my main sewer line installed in a few hours. All I can say is excellent service and a great price. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

They came on time and did the work in a timely manner. They replaced a couple of faucets and fixed leaky drain. work done looks good and are working well. They however don't tell if there is warranty on their work and they rarely have the supply they need to do the work. it seems like first visit is to estimate the work. Anyway work was good.

OUTSTANDING service, workmanship, knowledge, & personalism. Within 24 hours of placing my request w/ Home Advisor, I had two new toilets purchased (so no need for me to go to a home improvement store), both installed, old toilets removed from my property, & impeccable clean-up. Cost was very reasonable, especially with all of the service they provided (to include removal of two extremely worn flanges & replacements installed). They support veterans via a discount. This is THE 'go to' plumbing company in the local area!
