Have not used a plumber in a long time. Thought price was a little high for 1 hour of work but I guess you pay for the expertise.

They left a mess behind, part of it being the panel they messed up which they didn t even replace the panel. If the hot water heater didn t fix the problem, they will NOT be called on again. I will pay more for better customer service!

They called me immediately on a Friday afternoon and replaced the hot water heater in one hour! Great price and very fast!

I called in the middle of the night. The owner listened so patiently while a was so upset. He gave me great advice and had someone at my door to help with the problem before 6 am! Fixed the problem within hour and a half and charge very little. Would hire them in a heartbeat again!!!!!!

Curtis and his crew did a fabulous job! I have an old home that needed new plumbing due to a hot-water line break/leak under the slab. I had tried getting 3 other plumbers to quote and get the repairs done for over a month!! I was desperate - and called outside the area where my home is located. I spoke with Curtis on a Thursday morning about the project needs, he quoted me (accurately and under the other bids) over the phone, I hired him on the spot (after looking at the Home Advisor reviews), and could not be more pleased! His team went out THE NEXT DAY and put the Pex Piping in and even recommended a sheet-rocker to close up the walls. Curtis's team did a great job! They only cut out what was needed to run the piping up into the attic and down to the needed fixtures, cleaned up after themselves, and by 4:30pm that SAME day, my tenant had HOT WATER! I would highly recommend Curtis Burdette Plumbing for your plumbing needs and I would hire him for another project in a heartbeat! Thank you Curtis!

Quick and efficient

Burdett Plumbing was very easy to work with! I was on a tight time schedule and they accommodated me very quickly! I would highly recommend Burdette Plumbing for any work!

They promptly replied on our request for information. Came the very next day(a Saturday) to review our needs and give us an estimate within a very short time after they left. With texting, they communicated their availability, including apologies over a day delay due to sick employees. Work was done competently, with both having a pleasant and efficient work manner. We had a mix of tasks needed from simple to complex. All were completed without problems. Choices of new shower heads were made with listening to our desires and my disabled needs. They were extremely thoughtful and caring to adjust for my needs/wishes. We will be calling Burdette for all our future needs, asking that Joe and his helper be assigned our work again. We recommend them without reservation.
