Very prompt. Polite. Did job quickly & efficiently & cleaned up well. Made good suggestions on removal of 2nd tree. Offered to grind stump of a previously removed tree but the workers who came next day ground a different one. That was an extra little job offered though, so no problem. Overall, I am well pleased with this company. I would recommend.

Very fast work and a excellent cleanup by a professional and courteous crew. The gentleman with the bucket and truck for the cuttings was very, very good. Customer service could have been bit better at letting me know when to expect them but they were very busy and moving rapidly from job to job.

These gentlemen were polite, very fast and did great work and cleaned up the debris left from the tree cutting.

Hired them after being told they would haul away all the wood and city would pick up brush for free. The crew that did the work pushed Everything to the curb but the trunk. Said they would be back for only the trunk. City pulled up and said they were going to hire a contractor to haul it away and charge me. Crew came back for their equipment and told me to lie to the city and say friends cut it down. No, not a good move. I m disabled on fixed income and had to get people to help me clear a huge tree from the curb. They never showed up for the trunk so a friend paid someone to get it out of my yard. I called them throughout this process several times and they never called back. So no, I was not happy.
