good work when they finally showed up

On time (actually a day early) and courteous. They utilized an awesome bucket lift truck with a built-in hydraulic chain saw. Very efficient. Were flexible to perform additional tasks identified during the service with reasonable incremental costs. Needed a bit of guidance to complete the final clean up of debris. I will invite them back to bid on more tree work.

Very quick response, very fast availability, very fast completion, responded to negotiation and comparisons, good reliable business.

They came early so I wasnâ t home at the time. I did not get to talk to them while they were working on the trees so I didnâ t get to ask them any questions. I had expected them to trim little more than they did. The clean up was good, but there were a lot of little sticks left behind. I plan on hiring them again in the winter to trim the trees completely.

I contracted Y Professional Tree Service to complete my tree removal project and was totally disappointed in their work for the following reasons: 1) Damaged fence and broken light fixture (the family dog was allowed to escape the yard but was caught and returned by a neighbor). 2) A tree stump and above-ground roots were not ground per contract. 3) Tree removal crew and what appeared to be their family members partying on my back deck in my absence. Yes, ring doorbell cameras do not lie! 4) Contacted Y Professional Tree Service to get the fence and light repaired and was promised a return call that I have not received it two weeks later.

The original men did not show up the day they said they would. Had to call. They sent someone to do it 2 days later

Tree removal work was very good. Stump grind did not remove enough wood; I had to get another contractor.

They said they would bring some top soil for the ruts that were made by their equipment. They never brought the dirt or called. I called 3 times with no avail.

We highly recommend Y Professional Services, the whole team did an amazing job removing five large evergreen trees, topping others, grinding the stumps and removal of all the trees and debris. Y Professional Tree Service? Because they freaking rock!! This project was top notch and I couldn't be more pleased. From the very beginning they were very professional and polite. They called back and stopped by for a free estimate the same day I contacted them through HomeAdvisor. The day the work was scheduled to begin, they showed up on time, and completed the job in less than 2 days! Which is amazing since I've seen similar jobs in my neighborhood take up to 4+ days and those other companies still left a mess. My job was done with a high level professionalism and expertise; the crew worked hard and were very courteous; and the cleanup was spectacular for a job of this size. I would highly recommend Y Professional for all tree and shrub services. I will definitely be using them again. A+++++++++

They did not show up the day they said they would. Cutting the tree down and hauling it off was good. Grinding the stump was not good.

They agreed to remove 2 trees and 2 stumps. The ground one stump completely and the other only halfway. I repeatedly called and texted them and they did not respond for days. They told me they would be here on the next Monday and I stayed home from work and they never showed or called. They did eventually come out and make it right. The work was good when it was finally all done. They should have done it right the first time and they should have responded to me when I asked them to come back and fix it, and they should have shown up when they said they would be there that next Monday, or at least call to let me know they could not make it.

We called several tree services and had difficulty getting anyone to follow up on a timely manner. These guys were at my door same day and offered a very good price for coming the next day. They did a great job with a difficult-to get-to tree. They cut additional dead limbs of another tree they were trimming. They ground the stump without me asking and 2 more stumps we needed done. My only issue, which may be a big problem for someone whose schedule is less flexible,they were not good about communicating ahead of time when they would be here or communicating a change in plans. They were having some equipment issues and it was done over 4 days, but one with rain interference. When they were here, they worked fast and were really nice guys even after our new dog went after one of the young men.

Very good. Professional and courteous. They did a good job and reasonable price. The only reason for a rating of 4 versus 5 is that the tree limbs that were cut still need to be picked up. The work was done this afternoon and they said their folks who pick up the cut branches would be able to come by tomorrow. Once the branches are picked up tomorrow then their rating will most definitely be a 5. Their work quality is good and they are nice and professional. I recommend them to anyone needing tree trimming or removal work done.
