Hired this firm to run a new gas line. Job took days longer than quoted and the work was awful. The pipes were hung crooked and the holes drilled in Sheetrock were huge. To run a 1/2" pipe they cut a 4" hole. They chiseled through brick instead of cutting a nice hole. In the two places they ran pipe through the eaves they broke out large openings in the siding and never sealed them to prevent insects/rodents/birds from getting in. They also ran the gas line across two of my A/C lines, crushing them both and cutting off the air flow. A few months after the work was done I tried to turn on my gas heat but it would not come on. I called in a heating contractor and he found that the gas regulator installed by DDR Plumbing was installed backwards. I cost me several hundred $ to correct the problems. The did refund me $285 but not until I texted/called many times and started the process of taking him to court. In addition to the pros I had to call in I spent several hours fixing crushed ducts and sealing up holes. These guys simply don't listen and do as they please. Even after detailing exactly what you want they seem to recollect what you agreed on differently and do the work their way. Avoid this firm and save yourself a lot of frustration.

I called them on Thursday afternoon and their technician was there by noon on Friday. The technician was very courteous and professional. I was unable to be there for the service call. But the technician took my request to replace the pressure regulator and hose bibb and the work was complete with a few hours. When I arrived home, everything was complete and my water was back on.

Both experiences turned out very well. He was very responsive to our calls and showed up on time. He was very professional throughout the experiences as well. He knew quite a bit about brand parts and their warranty. He is quick and efficient with this work. Overall, we are very pleased with his services.

Our shower exploded.  Water was gushing everywhere.  They responded quickly.   Had a small part on the truck to repair the faucet.

The two of the three old faucets were as old as the home (built in 1964). They were replaced without damage to the sinks and performed well. The third faucet was installed in 1980. All new faucets work great. Prior to installation, the vendor provided a very actual estimate which included all the possible parts needed to install the faucets.

We just recently bought a house in Decatur that had been vacant for several months.  Upon having the water turned on there were several relatively small issues, one commode would not fill properly;  handles in a shower used to turn on/off the flow of water drip contstantly; the disposal on the kitchen sink didn't work and the drain associated with that side drained very slowly.  Thomas priced us his price to take care of all of the issues.  Let's just say I was unaware that the cost of plumbing work was that expensive.  I had already purchased the $99 "Big Deal" (which covered up to two hours of labor, parts were to be extra) and finally settled on letting him re-work the one commode and remove the disposal under the sink and replace it with a pipe so it would drain.  His initial estimate was definitely an eye opener and we wound up spending $194.00 for the two jobs we had him do including the $99 I had already spent.  I may not be interested in participating in "Big Deals" in the future because I think it better to know what a service provider will charge me before I agree to pay out any $$$.  The work he did for us is very acceptable.  He was very prompt, very professional.  I asked for an itemized receipt but he refused to itemize his charges and only left a receipt for the total.

The experience was great.  We called them one night and they came & looked at it.  They replaced it as soon as they got the part.  Everything is working fine.

All fixtures, sinks and faucets were quickly replaced, and Doug ensured we had maximum use of our water during the work - which took over three days.  While one inlet had a very small leak, and Doug fixed it the same day after we called it in to him.  He used quality materials, and the work was done neatly and all visible work was straight and plumb.

It seemed to take a long time for them to go buy the water heater for me. When they after installing that day, they had forgotten to hook something up, so they had to come back the next day to finish their work.

The fixed the Leak but in the past few months there is a Small leak in the Same Place. A home inceptor came out for inspection and Found the Problem and also noticed that the company did not pull out the old lines. I guess I did not know that it might had been a cost to that. They did a good job on the problem but I need to now clean out what they left so I can get the house ready to sell.

I phoned my usual plumber asking how to fix the problem and he gave me bad advice - his advice did not work. Finally, on the advice of a friend, I phoned Dog-gone Right Plumbing and the plumber I spoke with immediately identified the problem as the failed water pressure regulator. He showed up at exactly the appointed time and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. It took another 30 minutes for the pipe glue to dry, so the total working time was one hour and five minutes. The plumber was polite, got right to work, and fixed the problem on the first try.

Mike came out ahead of time and performed a pretty detailed inspection before giving the estimate. We had another company give an estimate and that guy just seemed to pull a number out of thin air (it was also more than Dog-Gone Right). Job went smoothly. Existing pipes were demoed and removed in about 4-6 hours. PVC piping took about 1.5-2 days to install. In our case, virtually all work could be done from the basement, so they did not have to knock any holes in any walls. Dale, the plumber who did most of the work, and Mike (the owner's son) did excellent work and did not waste any time. They had to work around some of the other work that was going on during our remodel, but that did not cause any problems. Since then we have also had a drain snaked.
