He did a really good job inspecting this potential rental house. I wasn’t able to join him during the inspection but his report was extremely well written with high quality pictures. I’ve worked with other inspectors and they use older digital cameras and use the lower pictures in their reports but not this guy. He also gave me my report the same day which was awesome.

Inspector took his time throught the inspection. Inspection was able to explain issue in the way a person with no construction knowledge would understand.
