He was very professional. He came on time and the estimate was very reasonable. It took him only two days to complete the work. He was neat and I was very satisfied. He did a very nice job and I will definitely use him in the future.

I asked Mr. Beeker for an estimate based on a site visit. On November 10, I told him by e- mail that we were ready for a site visit. I said: and quot;Hi Brian - as you said on the phone the other day, we have done our homework on this as best we can. As we understand it, the fire code pretty well decides the generator location. It needs to be 5 feet from the nearest door or window and 18 inches from any combustible walls or fences. That, together with the AC service entrance location, proximity to the propane supply under the kitchen and minimizing the aesthetic impact has the location pinned down within a few inches. Bottom line is we're ready for the site visit any time Saturday or after. Please call ASAP and let's set it up. We're anxious to make a decision on a contractor soon, and get the footing for the generator in place and any trenching done before the ground freezes. and quot; Mr. Beeker never called or e-mailed again. Meanwhile, another contractor (SciFi Homes) came out, formally estimated the job, provided references, and generally impressed me with their professionalism. We have signed a contract and they will be out on Monday to prepare the footings before the ground freezes. The generator will not be delivered for another 2-3 weeks, but we expect to have the gas line dug in and everything ready when it does arrive. I have rated the overall experience higher than the responsiveness grade only because our initial contact was professional and gave a good impression.

A little sluggish on aligning on when the work was to begin, but ended up okay. Brian is extremely knowledgeable about many things.

Excellent...I didn't want to scare them off but I have high standards and I didn't think they'd do the kind of work that I'd be 100% happy with, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a really bad experience with a previous contractor and it's nice to know there are still some contractors out there that are honest and do excellent work.

It went very well and as scheduled.

Overall it went great. The estimation was very professional and the finished product was top notch.

I contacted him about some small repair jobs. He initially said he would be able to fit in the work the following week and that he would contact me about times. He did not contact me that week so I assumed he'd gotten busy. I attempted to contact him again and got no response. I got someone else to do the work. They were small jobs and I would have understood if he'd said they were too small. However, I don't appreciate his acting like he would be willing to do the work and then never following up.

Business operator came to house for a preliminary appointment and stayed two hours. Talked too much about his personal life and spent limited time discussing ideas. He indicated he would provide estimates and sketches of ideas but never did. At one point during the meeting he stated that if I decided not to take his services that he would like to have $100 for his time that day! I called him once several weeks later and he said he was still thinking about it but would get back. In the end he did nothing else. It is my belief that when he saw that the job was not in the area of $20k or better he decided he was not interested. That would have been fine if he had just told me that up front. What a waste of my time!

Brjav arrived on time made the repair and left.

I've received the estimates and will update once work is done. Due to a heavy workload and uncooperative weather, Brian wasn't able to start until July. The front steps look great --- as does the back slab. His work and workers are professional, thorough and wonderful to deal with. We'll certainly be using him for other things around the house. Follow-up. I called Brian several months ago because the front steps had a separation where the riser met the step. He seems to have a problem following up or returning calls. I found this frustrating during our initial contact and, for that reason, probably wouldn't use him again.

Although he did get back with me, I got the impression that he wasn't very interested in doing the job. He didn't provide a written bid. He didn't follow up with me. The other 5 contractors gave me a written bid and followed up with me. He did return my calls and was perfectly nice. The other contractors were much more attentive and acted as if they really wanted the job. He bid half the price of everyone else. He never came out to look at the site before he gave the bid, whereas all the other contractors had to look at it before they gave me a bid. It just seemed strange. It just felt incomplete.

Great! Making the appointment was straightforward, repair person was on time. BK was professional and courteous througout.

Very personable. Very experienced. Payments included a deposit for materials, balance to 90% as work progressed and 10% remainder after I was satisfied. Job was done within the timeframe with exception for rain. Repairs look substantial and all debris was removed. Found ant infestation during job and reported to me. After completion I asked for one small area I considered flawed to be taken care of. It was done promptly.

The experience was very good and everything was done in a timely manner. The workers were very pleasant. Price of the work was considerably good and I would highly recommend BK services. In fact I will use this company again. I trusted them in my home when we weren't even there.

BK did not do job, but sent a plumber he works with (Kidwell Plumbing). Kidwell Installed kitchen faucet and looked at water pressure system. Recommended that the water filtration system be serviced/flushed. Filtration system plugged, but pressure tank is fine. Also recommended that a larger pressure tank be installed. (Was here 1 1/2 hours.) Gave him the okay to order larger tank. He (Kidwell) said he would order a larger tank and call us when he was ready to do the job. No contact from him to date.

I needed my screened dining porch re-screened. Found BK Services on Angies list and emailed for an estimate. From the estimate through consturction to finish was most professional and positive.

He was very professional. The price for a new Garage door was more then expected. I found another door Clopay with a insulation value 3 times more. His door was 6.8 r-value I believe for $1500. The one I found was 17.8 r- value for $1900.

A/C was not working. Place call at 4:08 pm, received a call back at 4:12 pm and technician were at my home at 5:08 pm. They removed three gallons of water from the upstairs unit, removed debris (wood shavings and fiberglass) the builders left when installing the unit, sloped the drain pan to have water drain from unit properly. When I arrived home at 6:10 pm the technicans had everything cleaned up and working properly. Paid $14.00 for 12 ounces of freon; $65.00 one hour service call and $45.00 for the additional 30 mins??? (my only issue with them - thus the C rating for price)

He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and his three sons are top notch. All his estimates were honest,accurate and almost always 75% less than estimated , which always made me feel happy. In conclusion, Brian can perform any task that concerns a home, a jack of all trades if you will, he is world class and one of kind. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
