Description of Work: replaced heater and air conditioner and they were excellent!

Description of Work: They added a small amount of refrigerant after checking for leaks which they could not find with their sniffer tool. After adding refrigerant the unit started working without frosting over the A-coil. They then checked again for leaks with their sniffer tool and found no leaks but took a long time just looking at the same easy access locations and charged us over $300 with little accomplished other than to tell us it may be a small leak in the coil somewhere but to find it they would have to remove the refrigerant and add nitrogen to pinpoint the leak which would cost us another $440 to do this on another call. Then on top of that there would be a labor charge and part charge to resolve the problem which could be up $1000 or more. This is ludicrous since the unit is only 2 years old and the whole thing is only $2500 or less. It seems to me they would have been prepared to remove the refrigerant right then and add the nitrogen to check for leaks instead of charging an outrageous fee to do what they did which should have taken only a half hour to do, and then expect us to have them back again at the rate stated previously. They sent 2 technicians as well which is probably why they charge so much for their service calls as well.

Description of Work: Fixed furnace, but disconnected wiring for A/C at same time requiring further service when A/C needed.

Description of Work: Furnace was trying to kick on but wouldn't, they fit me in the same day I called, which was the Monday after the big storm, so I was surprised and pleased they could get to me that day. Had to order a part so it took a few days. Very professional, nice, didn't leave any mess behind, reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.
