Modern Renovations LLC did an excellent job in both our roof repair, and in the replacement of kitchen flooring and a door. They are experienced, capable professionals that demonstrated flexibility and understand the importance of good customer service.

This company is very responsive, timely, and professional. They're easy to work with. They installed my new roof, which had been leaking for years, within a week of our first appointment and their crew was excellent. Owners Larry and Shawn took the time to answer all my questions and encouraged me to call them if I thought of anything later. At the end of the day, my roof was installed and they cleaned up any debris, nails, etc. They provide good quality at a fair price, and back up their work as long as I own my home. I'd definitely use them again, and would recommend them to anyone needing roof repair/replacement or other home improvement.
