We are very pleased with their work and will use them again should the need arise and will definitely refer them to our friends and family.

Description of Work: I called JC Smith over 2 weeks ago and left all details with answering service of tile shower and bathroom remodel job that we wanted done.. Answering service said I would get call back within 2 hours.. Still waiting! To be fair, I don't think this is unusual for this area as this is the 5th contractor I have contacted and all have been the same, no callbacks, estimates promised and never delivered, no shows for promised times.. I have given up (for now) trying to find a professional in the area that actually wants my business, may try out of state..

Description of Work: Renovated our basement.

Description of Work: We had strand bamboo flooring installed in our foyer and kitchen. JC Smith did a great job on the installation. They removed and disposed of the old vinyl flooring, fixed a squeak in the floor, laid the new flooring, installed shoe molding and doorway transitions. The installers were very careful to keep the work area as clean as possible and made sure everything was cleaned up when the work was finished. The installation was schedule for 3 days and it was completed in 2 days. We had a few questions during the installation and were able to quickly get in touch with the project manager to get our questions resolved. We were very much impressed with the professionalism and good work of JC Smith.

Description of Work: My wife and I got a decent good deal on a HUD foreclosure, all in all it was in good condition however with Dan Ryan there always seems to be something. The flashing on the front overhang had not been properly flashed and the previous landowner never did anything about it, water slowly leaked and ran from the family room into the kitchen ceiling. At first we thought it was a upstairs bathroom overflow. | |I met JC Smith at the Martinsburg home show and liked how professional but down to earth they were, my kinda people. The entire experience was great! Gary did a great job fixing the ceiling drywall as well as a booed out stud and then the drywall. Everything was done fast and more importantly right the first time. I had them give me an estimate on a few other odds and ends (that I have yet to tackle) and everything was itemized and IMO was pretty fair price wise. | |One thing that really stands out is that everyone took their shoes off when entering the home, which certainly was not necessary as the carpets obviously needed cleaned anyway but it's the little things that matter!! | |Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time looking around, these guys are as good as it gets.

Description of Work: 2 porches done the flooring was a polymer deck planking so no need to paint yay . 2 awnings to take down and paint .They did a great job and I will call them again if I need work done. And very nice guys
