Thank you for taking the time to leave this valuable feedback. As our records indicate, this project was completed June 26, 2014, correct? Things had gone so well for the first project, and we were happy to follow up with the window replacement project. Thank you again for that opportunity. I apologize that the window was delivered in the incorrect measurements. We work with this regions most qualified and major construction material suppliers, and, yes, they measure and deliver the wrong material all the time. However, they offer the best products for the best prices that we refer to our customer's contract. And, of course, the correct window was delivered and installed. We completely agree that it is a useless waste of everyone's time to get the wrong material delivered. I appreciate very much you communicating that you feel as though the carpenters assigned to the project were late. I did research on this and management will follow up. I expect that the material left behind has been picked up by JC Smith at the final quality inspection of your window replacement.
