I've been trying to find someone to install gutters for a year. MDI had an estimate and installed the gutters within 2 weeks. So far they are performing well.

Everything seems fine. We are just waiting for it to rain!

Had a few hiccups but they corrected them right away

Took longer than originally quoted - flowers were trampled, litter wasn't cleaned up to my satisfaction, cigarette buts in the yard. Patched spot on roof was not explained to my satisfaction. They became very defensive when I questioned why it was patched in such a poor manner. Since learning of my dissatisfaction, the owner has contacted me to make sure I am satisfied with the end results. Ratings have been increased pending completion of the correction. The owner was out of town when the job was completed & I have been out of town since, which is why the project has not been completed. Now that I am back, owner is willing to resolve

they did a great job. the showed up when they said they would and any problems i had with my draining issues they worked with me to solve all my problems.

He came quickly and completed the job the next day. Work was good.

In a nutshell, we are pleased with MDI. The bid on the roof job was competitive. After discussing with Steve, the owner of MDI, we decided to expand the scope to cover gutters as well. We needed to have roof replaced as soon as possible due to some damage caused by high wind. MDI was able to get everything done in two weeks despite heavy snow/bad weather we had. Steve was cordial and easy to work with via E-mail. The crew was professional and friendly. MDI is not cheap, but the quality of the work was high. The overall experience was good. They are easily one of the better contractors I had.

I don't know where you would find more compete group for your project. Pleased is not the word I need. You will be pleased beyond words. LeRpi .

MDI gave me a price for a standing seam roof that was competitive with another quote for a ribbed roof. Their roofing crew was careful, meticulous, and hard working while on the job. Despite poor weather conditions, they finished the roof in an acceptable time. The clean up after the job was finished was exemplary! The finished roof looks splendid. I'd use them again if I expected to do another roof in my lifetime.

I waited awhile before submitting a review of the work that was done on my home's gutters to avoid a rush to a false opinion. I wanted to see how well the gutters held up over time. The gutters that were put up look good on the house and have weathered snow, ice, heavy rain, and strong wind in the past few months. Everything has stayed in place and worked well. Furthermore, the gutters were installed in a timely manner and the contractor was available by e-mail and phone. I am very satisfied with the product, price, and the contractor.

They did a very good job replacing the roof with a metal one. However, it took longer than promised and on a Friday the crew left a mess in the yard; they did not put the ladders away or pick-up the trash and left over materials. These are really two minor issues and the company did everything they could to make things right. I recommend them highly.

They returned my call promptly and came out within a day or two and gave me a quote. The only reason I didn't go with them was that their quote was much higher than the other bids.

The workship was excellent. The price was very competitive and reasonable. The job was done in record time. The whole experience was pleasant.

Did not complete job. If you are not paying top dollar for a project, they will not come out. They asked for payment before the job was finished. They did not tell me that the job was done so that I could inspect their work. Charged me more than the job was worth. I recommend that you find someone to do the work you request regardless of the amount of work and the cost.

MDI got the project underway the next day, worked hard and did an outstanding job of reroofing. Cleanup was complete. Workers were courteous and capable. The contractor was easy to work with and knowledgeable. We plan to have additional home repair work done by this company.

There would be a caveat in recommending MDI for dumpster services ... it's not a dumpster, it's a trailer. Took three conversations before I was told that, but hey!, the trailer worked well for my purposes, so no problem. It was delivered earlier than scheduled, and picked up a little later, which just gave me more time to get the project done. However, if promptness is critical to you, you'll probably want to stress that. Steve is great, just very busy.
