Stephen and his wife were so kind. They came out and reviewed the work needed to be done. Even with a couple of miscommunications between us, nothing was a burden, he was excellent and we have hired him to replace the entire roof in the spring. Quick and efficient service

This company, MDI, installed the gutters and the installer was a very nice and hard working young man by the name of Slater (I think). I paid by check upon completion of the installation. (8/1/16) I was happy with the work and was told a receipt would be forwarded to me by the home office. After the first rain, I noticed no drainage from the west end of my home. I contacted the company and they returned my call and sent Mr. Slater back to adjust the gutter and that he would bring me a receipt. Mr. Slater told me that he was not given a receipt and that it would be emailed to me. None came. I made two trips to their office to personally pick up a receipt. Office closed on both occasions. I left notes in their lock box. Today, October 22, 2016, we had a heavy thunderstorm. I went out to check the drainage. The downspout on the east end of the house and two center downspouts were sending water like fire hydrants. The west end was dry as a bone, but water was running from behind the gutter. I do not relish giving a less than stellar review, but two and one half months is starting to test my patience. I in no way fault Mr. Slater. The weather has been dry and he assured me that if I had any further problems he would be happy to return. My complaint is against the MDI Remodeling Company and their lack of customer relations..

After Hurricane Matthew a piece of the aluminum fascia peel off from the apex of my roof. I called six local companies and not one called me back. I heard about MDI from a colleague. I called them and Stephen responded immediately. He reviewed the project and provided a very affordable solution and price. When the workers began the project they noticed an issue with the framing. Instead of just replacing the fascia and moving on, they addressed the problem with the framing, corrected the problem and replaced the fascia. The project looks great and I would recommend MDI without reservation.

Stephan and his team were responsive and flexible with our crazy schedule. It was good having them in town for the post-Matthew repairs as local companies were swamped and some rumored to be obscenely overcharging. A true breath of fresh air in an environment where some would take advantage.

Steve and his team were quick to respond to my needs. Work was completed the next day (on a Sunday). Professional workmanship and friendly service.
