They did a good job of installing approximately 80 ft of gutter and some downspouts to my property; however several pieces of soffit fell to the ground before the job was finished. We mentioned this to the workers who indicated they would put the soffit back in place before completing the job, but like other posters have noted, they left leaving this unfinished. The owner's explanation was that the soffit was "loose" before the job; however, it was clearly in place before installation. Customer service was clearly not a priority. I called and emailed the owner several times, but he indicated he didn't do service calls?

Steve has the modern equipment and tools as well as very skilled workers. He hauled the old shingles away and installed a solid and long lasting shingle roof. He also made some good suggestions about how to better ventilate the attack. An attack fan and vents were installed. The air flow is very much improved. We are very pleased with his work.

The gutters look nice, and do a great job. Although when they departed, they did not close the gate to my back yard, and the plastic flex extension was just thrown into the yard, and not reinstalled.

i have worked with steve korsen of MDI before. he instaled a new roof on my house about 2 years ago and i was very happy with that project. this time, he and his crew installed new siding and replaced 14 windows on my house. steve and his crews are very personable and honest. the project went very smoothly and i am very happy with the results. i will only use MDI for any future home projects i have. they are the best!

These guys worked tiirelessly on my gutters and soffitt. It was snowing so hard that they had snow in their beards. I don/t think they even took a lunch break. My gutters and soffitt look awesome.

Did not complete all parts of the job. Called them to have them come back and complete/stop leak and did not hear from them again. They will tear your door down at the start of the sales process, but you won't hear from anyone if you have problems!

They were great! The job ended up more involved than anticipated; they were with us every step of the way. Quality work and quality materials. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I contracted MDI to installed a shingle roof and gutter. They were very proficient and polite. Although I signed a contract for materials and labor, I was asked to pay for the roofing when it was delivered. Was somewhat of a surprise, but I consented. May want to double check on exact payment terms when agreeing to have MDI do roofing. Again, they did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the final results.

We had a wind damaged, shingled roof replaced with a metal one. In the beginning, there were a few minor glitches, but in the end it all turned out very well. Kelly was very good about coming back when he said he would, and it was finished in a reasonable amount of time. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Very quick response to my repair. Within minutes of me putting in a request online, I got a call from Steve. The next day he had someone out to our house, it was a Sunday even, to repair the roof. They finished the job quickly. We will definitely use them again. Thanks.

Our metal roof was installed in a timely manner and looks wonderful. MDI contracting was very professional and worked with us to also add guttering and drip edge. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend them to anyone. We will definitely call them again if we do any remodeling in the future.

So far, so good. Steve is very accommodating, and his professional crew have been the greatest and full of creative ideas - a must for me.

I did not see the boss but the repair person sent was good at roof repair. It has not rained since the repair but I am confident that my roof will not leak. The assigned worker was congenial, knowledgeable and also sealed some of the siding that had let rain in . I am impressed enough to contact MDI for other roofing needs. I rate them 4 star so they'll have room to grow.
