I was very pleased with MDI. Everything went smooth from the beginning. Bob kept an excellent line of communication with me throughout the entire process, the crew worked hard and efficiently and my roof looks great! I have recommended MDI to a couple of friends but I don�t think they have replaced their roof shingles at this time.

Although I haven't been able to complete the project due to it being tied up in an insurance claim. I was extremely pleased with MDI because as a single woman I was talked to like he respected me and I was intelligent enough to understand what he was saying. I was also pleased with the fact that he did not smell of alcohol like most other contracts I have dealt with on previous problems. I feel this will be a respectable company to have take care of any work I need now and in the future without any worries.

We are very pleased with the addition that MDI built for us. We had extensive remodeling done and Steve Korsen and crew were very thoughtful in planning our job in order to provide the least amount of inconvenience to us. We appreciated that Steve had many ideas and suggestions for us and his commitment to provide the most for our money. Steve always stayed in contact with us and we would recommend him (and have already) to anyone who is looking for a good contractor they can trust. It's really hard for us to choose a favorite room between our new family room and kitchen because we are extremely pleased with both rooms. We have no regrets.

Upon arrival, the contracted work was completed quickly and appears to be of good quality.

Very Quick Work

I contracted with MDI to deconstruct a rotten porch and to replace a leaky roof. The crew was timely, well organized and completed the job on an expedited basis to accomodate my schedule. The owner of MDI took the time to explain the details of what they would do and how it would be accomplished. Similarly, the crew chief took the time to go over the different stages of the project as it was in progress and kept me informed as things were happening. If I have any need in the future, I will not hesistate to call MDI, and I would readily recommend the company to a friend.

Steve and his workers provided us with a quality product in a timely fashion. The workers on our project were polite and cleaned up after themselves. When they said they would be there, they were there and when they couldn't be there, they called to explain why. They completed our project within the time frame estimated and close to the monetary estimate provided. Overall, we are very pleased with the result and with MDI's work.

They came out to replace the roof, they did a great job in a timely manner.
