This service sucked and we are rather disappointed in the way things were done

They came into my home and packed up everything and sent it to be cleaned. Laundry to another company, household stuff they took care of. They cleaned the house, put in new floors, built one wall and redid my bathroom. The fire was jan.16 and i have just gotten back into the house 3 weeks ago (4 and 1/2 months). I have reported lots of problems to them, called them almost every day. Have got my belongings back, we have a box and a half of unused checks missing, they broke my table, my microwave, lots of things are missing. When I have called them on they dont have a clue as to where anything is. My brand new toilet is leaking, told them that my water pump wasn't working right ( the fire was right next to it) they did nothing, the pump went out in the middle of a Friday night, I went without water the whole weekend. Called them on Monday morning and was informed that they couldn't get in here until that Thursday. I had to hire and pay out of my own pocket for somebody to come in and fix it. They have not followed through on anything they said they would I have had to call them almost everyday to figure out what was going on in the house. They replaced pvc piping in the basement and did not put it up to code, I had to call and complain about that and it still isn't fixed. I still have trash sitting in my yard from the fire, they haven't removed it yet. Was told by my neighbor that they spent more time outside smoking and swearing than in the house and I have the cigarette butts all over my yard to prove it. Told them that my back door had been broken by the fire dept. it took 3 weeks and a break in causing more damage before they fixed that. They tell me they will be at the house to fix something and I end up sitting and waiting all day before they get here!
