Description of Work: Replaced all 21 windows in my 67 yo house with Marvin Ultimate windows. Initial contact was March 13, 2015. Salesman was unresponsive and eventually left the company. Estimate took over 6 weeks. I agreed to the contract on June 25th after pursuing another estimate. Delivery estimate was 2-3 weeks at the beginning. Then 3-4 because of construction season. Windows received by Hellenbrand eventually 8 weeks after contract. Then more delays as trim was ordered. Installation was done by two capable workers over 9 working days. Last month wait was for 3 unordered pulls. Windows look great but some finishing work required on inside. Caulking missed. Plaster repair. Things I've decided to handle. Work was generally good but ordering was excrutiatingly slow with little communication on the delays. Love the new windows. Can open all 21 windows in the time it took to pry one 67 yo window open before.

Description of Work: When researching for windows I contacted Hellenbrand Glass. Their representatives were very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I was interested in composite windows and they, unfortunately, were not the provider of the Marvin Infinity line in the Madison area. If they were, I would have signed with them. Since they weren't, I did not choose the Marvin Infinity line.

 + 0 moreWe selected the glass and fittings at their showroom in Waunakee. The young man helping us, despite his youth, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The installation occurred when they said it would. The installers were professional and efficient and did a beautiful job for us. We are delighted!

 + -1 moreJust fine. This was obviously a routine job for them but the workman was pleasant and professional. He cleaned up the site before leaving and explained payment options (I was able to put the charge on a credit card and get points at my auto dealer).
Description of Work: The door and glass walls of a fiberglass shower enclosure had deteriorated with age and needed to be replaced due to seepage and appearance. Hellenbrand came to the house, measured the enclosure, discussed various replacement options, and gave us a firm cost. It took about 2 weeks for the new glass door and walls to arrive and they then scheduled installation, which took 2 or 3 hours. My wife and I removed the old glass (saving $65) but they disposed of it for us.
