We had been having issues with basement condensation and leaks since we owned the home. Our neighbors had used Everdry with great success and also told us about their renewable and transferrable service agreement regarding their work which my wife and I found very appealing. Their work was professional and expedient but best of all we haven't had any issues with leakage now for several years. On one occasion we thought there might be an issue with the pump and they were out immediately to inspect the system, which checked out fine. I liked the rapid response which tells me they stand behind the original work completed and I have recommended them to our friends and neighbors. Although they may be a bit more expensive, I believe they are worth the extra expense and their ongoing service agreement adds an extra dimension.

The sales rep spent two hours taking measurements and talking with my wife and I. He had a slick presentation notebook. I felt like I was being talked to by a timeshare agent. He gave us measurements of how much each wall was bowed inward. At the end of the two hour, he gave us an estimate of $46K to fix everything. Later, we got bids from 5 other vendors, all other estimates were $13K or less. Furthermore, each bowing measurement by him was 1/8" to 1/4" greater than everyone else. This agent definitely was not trustworthy.

Amazing team. Our basement, previously humid and musty is now comfortably dry. We had drain tiles replaced inside and out. The work team was accomplished, They worked hard, and were respectful of our home. They kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of work is impeccable...clean up was amazing...we are so happy we chose Everdry. It isn't cheap...but the amount and quality of work and the warranty is more than worth the long term health of our home, and the peace of mind that comes with knowing if we have future problems, Everdry will be there for us.

EverDry came over and checked everything out, were very good at giving detailed information on how they would proceed with fixing the cracks. Mortar was used to fix and touch up trouble areas and done in a timely fashion. Answered all my questions and concerns. Would definitely use them again in the future!

We had the basement waterproofed by Everdry in 1998. They did a great job, We had problems with some water leakage into the basement. Once they were finished our basement was completely dry. I was able to dry wall the basement and install carpeting. I haven't had a problem with any water in the basement since. We have needed a few replacement pumps since then and they have been very responsive and replaced the pumps at no cost. We also had a problem with an old well pipe that was connected to our house so we could hear some drainage in the walls. They were very responsive to the problem and figured out that is was from a rusted out pipe from an old well that had been disconnected years before we even moved in. They diligently worked on this until they made sure there was no water coming into the walls. This was all covered under our yearly service agreement. I have to say that having Everdry waterproof my basement was one of the best investments that I have ever made.

We have lived in our home almost 50 years and have had water leakage into our basement many times each year, from heavy rain, thawing snow each spring, and whatever other conditions cause wet basements. When purchasing our home we needed to have a new sump crock installed due to roots growing through the bottom. We used everyday to install a new crock and the work was very professional and we have no regrets. A solid piece of mind they offer with their continuing service agreement police. It’s nice to know that we are covered Incase of any future issues.

It has now been 20 years since we had Everdry do the waterproofing of our basement. We have not had one drop of water in it since then and have had no problems what-so-ever with the work that they did, both outside and inside our house. The workers were all professional and the company was very thorough in the information they provided before and after the work. I love the ability to keep up the service agreement for a nominal cost - should we ever encounter any future problems. All in all, I would say I am 100% satisifed with Everydry.

Everdry came out in March of 2018 to do work on my basement. put in trenching & subsoil drainage, caulk walls, seal outside. very professional and everyday went over what was done and made sure I was happy with what they did. Very nice crew and keep things clean. Happy with work done.

We had some warranty work done by Everdry Waterproofing on a leak in the foundation of our basement. Another year has passed and even with all the melting snow and rain that we have had, we still have not had any leaks or problems with the repair of the foundation or any other place in the basement. They did a great job on the repair and the warranty that they offer on their work is well worth it.

Everdry workers were hardworking, polite & got the job done in a few days. There has not been any water in our basement since.

Everdry works at keeping as clean as they can. it is a messy job that can't be avoided. They cover the path ways to the outside door with plastic as not to track up the carpeting or flooring. The crew was polite and kept working. There clean up is ok. We needed to mop the floor again. Outside was cleaned up also. The only complaint i have is after digging around the house we had to repair some areas of the landscape. They are not landscapers. The sub pump runs the basement has been dry. The one reason we went with Everdry was the lifetime warranty.

Foundation repair was done two years before I purchased the house. The house was owned my the parents of my good friend, so I was aware of the work being performed. It was accomplished very professionally with a minimum amount of impact to their daily routine. It was a large job that required a lot of equipment and manpower. Two new sump pumps were installed where there were none before. Since I have lived here we have had no issues whatsoever with water or dampness in the basement. I was allowed to keep the lifetime warranty on the work performed for only $25 per year.

According to the previous owners, I bought a house with a basement that had been decimated by flooding before they had Everdry protection. However, Everdry came in and fixed the problem with some very intense labor, digging around the entire perimeter of the house and then paneling the entire basement from the inside. The previous owners told us to continue to re-up the warranty as it would be ironclad, which we diligently have done. Well, 9 years of ownership including some very wet weather and we have not had one drop of water in our basement! Would highly recommend.

The basement waterproofing and foundation repair was great, although quite expensive. But we figured they knew their stuff and you get what you pay for. Also, it came with the warranty. Our plans to finish our basement needed the assurance that the warranty supplied. Flash forward 2 years and after an extended 8 months away from home, we discovered mold growing on the walls of the basement. In areas where we had work done by them but mainly in an area where there wasn't any work done by them. It took a while for them to come out to check on it. This was due to one missed apptmt. -( our fault) and the fact they were so busy they couldn't fit us in at a time and day convenient to us. So, it took over a month before they could come out to check on the mold. That put a halt on our progress finishing the basement, but we were not going to go ahead without an inspection from the experts! So in the end, it was mold due to water seeping in from a sidewalk that had been heaved up by tree roots and was sloped angling backwards into the garage and ultimately the basement foundation. This was an area outside that they did not repair originally, so not their fault. So once my husband repaired that, all has been well! We are still making progress with finishing our basement, dry wall is next!

Successfully waterproofed our basement within three days. Well run operation- prompt, courteous, professional, hard working and well prepared for the job. Interior and exterior excavation was done by hand with care to existing property. Very pleased with the final result & would highly recommend.

We had the work done on our basement about 15 years ago. Thru all these years, no water or floods in the basement. It went great. The workers were wonderful and very kind. All worked very well together. They dug up along the walls of the basement and put in new draining tile. Sealed up the cracks from the inside and outside of the house. Thank you Everdry, we are still happy after all these years with the work done.

Outstanding. I moved into a house that had used Everdry to waterproof the basement. I had questions about some water in the basement. They came immediately, replaced a pump and did it without any cost to me, because there is lifetime warranty as long as you pay $25 a year to renew your service agreement.
