Excellent job, no problems since repair.

We have not had any water in our basement since the work was performed. They installed an EZ Breath power vent which I suspect was to reduce the soil & cement smell in the basement because it does not reduce humidity in summer since the outside air is more humid than the basement air. The workers were prompt & courteous. After they left I noticed that some of the new cement was not level in the basement. I called & they would not come back. So I quickly leveled the worst spots before it hardened. It turned out OK. Pump failed in 1 year & was replaced under warranty.

Ten years ago our basement was full of water. It was devastating. We called Everdry on recommendations of my parents. It was the best decision we have made in regards to protecting our home. We had the drain tile installed in 2005 and haven't any "water in basement" issues since. It took a four days, they did quite a lot of work trenching and busting/replacing concrete, installing the drain system and sump pump. My wife and I have been very pleased with the result and the service agreement removes a lot of worry about the future. I think the price was fair, with the amount of work that was entailed.

The crew was amazing...they were courteous, flexible and thorough. Best parts of hiring Everdry, 1) our basement is dry, so we now have a finished portion and an unfinished portion, and 2) we pay an annual fee and they come out and fix anything. Where we live the second is very important. We have very sandy soil and have a few springs under our home so our sump pumps run year round and deal with a lot of sediment. Everdry has always come out and replaced the sump with no problems. With our sandy soil we periodically flush out our interior drain tile and this past year they came out and put in another clean out because we were having a hard time coming around a corner. This was no charge! They really live up to that service renewal and we are so thankful.

Everything has been very smooth. The workers are very professional and we could not be happier!

First the sales rep over sold the work that was actually performed. They didn't actually go all around the house and seal the entire exterior of the foundation. Then I was sold this EZ-Breathe unit which I can't use in the summer, because it pulls the hot and humid air into the basement and makes everything super damp if not wet. Then we had to have them out a few times for the mortar falling out of the seams they repaired. They also sold us on this carbon fiber mesh they stuck on the walls, supposed to be stronger than steel, but it ended up being removed because it was peeling off. They did come out and address most pf my issues that was about the only bright spot.

The work involved digging the inside and outside foundation. They installed a sump pit and pump. Since 2004 never had a problem. I highly recommend them.

It went VERY SMOOTHLY. The crew was friendly, and efficient, the grueling job (and it was GRUELING) was done quickly and they cleaned up very nicely afterwards. They were very careful about not tracking in mud and debris and provided drop-clothes for the areas where they were working. We were very impressed with the entire process and would highly recommend EverDry Waterproofing. It is such a relief to know that we no longer have to worry about water in the basement.

Very well, they did a nice job. Haven't had any problems since. We are in the process of finishing part of the basement right now. We have an issue with surface mold on a wall, probably due to the fact we did not have a dehumidifier running last year. They are coming out to check on the condition of the wall so we can continue with the basement finishing., Very helpful.

Everdry Waterproofing Co. did an excellent job waterproofing my basement. They finished this big project on timely fashion as promised. They were professional, polite, on time. It has been eight years now and my basement is dry since. Two years later, when the sump pump's battery started malfunctioning, they exchanged the battery for free. These projects are pricey but worth every penny. I highly recommend their service agreement: For 49$ a year they'll come back and address any issues that arise involving the work performed by them, for free.

The first indivudual that came to my house was awful, he did not measure correctly, tell me what would happen or why it needed to be done. Layer another individual came out to apologize and from then it was a great experience. Walked us through how and why things needed to happen in my basement. During tge work, the foreman brought me downstairs to show me progress and to show me the underlying issues. The crew worked hard and fast, they did a great cleanup kob once completed as well. The cost was much higher than I was expecting, but to live in my house long term it was something that needed to be done.

I've had several visits by Everdry to fix minor cracks and check the homes existing waterproofing done several years ago. Every time I call, I am able to setup an appointment in a timely matter (within a couple days) to have services performed. The on-site technicians are courteous and professional.

The wall on the east side of our home had multiple vertical & horizontal cracks in it. The basement was always very damp & uninviting. Everdry came to review the basement issues & provide us with an estimate. We had 15 steel beams put into the east wall of the basement, the sump crock expanded (to allow for a back-up sump pump) and the easy-breathe system was installed. Since the original installation 10 years ago, the basement is moisture free. Everdry has replaced the sump pump and the easy-breathe once (per warranty) in that time period with much professionalism. I would definitely call on them for any future foundation or basement moisture needs.

I bought my house 4 years ago and the previous owners had basement restoration done about 10 years prior to that. This is a feature in the house that I had not considered but now I think it is my house's greatest selling point. We had widespread flooding in my area last summer and everyone I know with a basement had problems. My sump pump didn't even kick on. The work was done on a cold winter day. Sufficient workers were provided, care was taken to minimize dust from sawing and jack hammering, the work was completed in one day and there was a coordinated effort. When spring arrived and the rains came there was one particular trouble spot which required return visits to ultimately seal, but their persistence was greatly appreciated until the problem was solved. When the problem was reported to them they responded quickly and professionally. In all, they were great to work with.

Good, our expectations were met and the finished product was what we were told it would be.
