We are happy with the services they rendered to our home 25 years ago. They have addressed every minor issue since. When a new sump pump and backup system was needed, I was glad that they now do those install as well. If you have basement water issues, call them first.

They replaced all the drainage pipe at the footings inside and out, cleared all the bleeders, relocated the crock, installed their system and put it all back together. The last 25 years they have honored the warranty as needed. About a year ago, I needed a new sump pump and backup system. I shopped around and found that Everdry Waterproofing was competitive on price and would cover the new system, going forward along with existing warranty.

We had extreme issues with water coming up through the concrete floors every time we had more then 2 inches of rain. We knew that are house had been built in an area that the bedrock was very close to the surface. Everdry Water Proofing came in and identified the best course of action to correct our issues. They also had discovered that one of our outside walls was tilting in an 1 inch and a eighth. This was an issue that we were unaware of but diffidently need to be corrected. This basement was also my woodworking shop so I was very interested in getting this work done as fast as possible. After the engineer came and explained all of options it was with no doubt that we hired them to do the work. They showed up when scheduled. They also took great care in covering all my equipment that I had moved to the center of the basement to get out of their way. Do to the location of the bedrock it took longer the anticipated to sink the sump pump pit but they spent the time and did it they way they described for the price that I was quoted. All the work was done in a through and complete manner. I was truly amazed when they were done how clean everything was. They completed everything and it was hard to tell they were there. It has been seven years now and we haven't had one drop of water in our basement! What a piece of mind this has given us. The lifetime warranty is also well worth the money. Everdry Waterproofing was a great company to work with from the consultation and quote all the way through to the work they performed and a check up after. We signed an agreement the evening we had the consultation, the proffesionalism and knowledge of the guy that came out was impressive. The company has many satisfied customers. We signed to have the work performed, they called in a few weeks and set up the work schedule, came on time and finished in a few days. All work was complete and work site was cleaned, belongings and yard was protected. All workers were polite! We did need them to come back and check a sump pump and they came back, observed it and replaced it with no questions.

We were very happy with the work that was performed on our basement. Our foreman was very good about making sure that we understood the process and what we should expect while the work was being done. The crew was professional and efficient, but took their time where it was needed. We were especially pleased when they were able to accommodate some special requests we had and were even able to keep the drywall in the basement bedrooms intact so we did not have to repair the drywall, which would have been an issue should we have been required to. We have recommended Everdry to many other people since having the work done and we are very pleased to not have to worry about water in our basement.

Would defiantly recommend everdry to anyone having foundation problems. they came the supervisor said he should have the inside and outside repaired within three days. on the second day there was a massive snowstorm that put about foot of snow on the ground. They came anyway and completed the work on time.We were shocked haven't had a problem in the last 2 years with basement leaking since the fix. Thank you!

Everydry reps came out, reviewed the situation, walked my wife and me through the process, and set a date for the work crew to start. The crew was clean, courteous, and professional. They were done in two days. Amazing!

They found the source of the leak and in addition to they also discovered that our sump pump never kicked in because the original builder didn't put in the drain tiles. The outside basement wall was never tarred. They tarred the outside wall all around the house to the correct depth. Then inside the basement they jack-hammered around the entire basement and moved the sump pump to the best position and placed drain tile around the entire inside. Our new sum pump also was connected to battery back-up. They even came back to double check that all the corrections were working correctly and that the replaced floor tiles were stable and strong. We have had NO issues since Everdry was here.

They came when promised,cleaned up every night because all materials had to come through the house and down the basement steps. The best money that we have spent on our house yet.

I noticed a very small leak in the basement. So I called a few places. One person just told me to regrade the landscaping outside of the offending area. Another gave me a quote to just bust up a small section and replace that part of drain tile for a mere $900. Then came the big guys, the ones who wanted to do all sorts of excavating. A large competitor "ballparked" me at $60,000 (he wouldn't even give me an exact quote). Then comes Everdry. The sales pitch was overwhelming. Yes, both my husband and I had to be there and the guy talked A LOT (roughly 3 hours) and I will admit he was somewhat pushy, hailing the benefits of their work. He drew quite a few diagrams showing us there process of only digging 2-feet down rather than all the way to the footing. They would only dig down to the footings if they found cracks they needed to fix. They were quite expensive, but about half the cost of the major competitor. Even though we were addressing only a small leak, we knew we had other problems since we had an older house. Like any sales pitch, we were given the "you have to act now to get the deal" spiel. He said they were booked for 2 months but would put us on a list if they ended other projects earlier than expected and got an opening. We were called a mere three weeks later. I can't rave enough about the crew though. They were hard-working, courteous, and on-time. They did the job in roughly 3 days. After it was done, I was wondering if we went overkill on such a small leak, but a few months later, our neighborhood had a giant storm in which many basements flooded. Ours did not!! I cannot say for sure it was because of their work, but I am happy that I didn't have to find out. Their lifetime warranty guarantees their work for as long as you pay the yearly service fee. We did have to call them back a few times to fix one corner of the house that was started leaking but they were very responses and acted in a reasonable amount of time. Since they fixed that corner, we haven't had any problems since. We even referred them to our cousin and received the $100 referral bonus. In short, their sales tactics can be pushy, but our work crew was great and we are satisfied with the work that was performed.

They take care of all my problems and I feel comforted that I wont have any future problems and if I do, they're be here to help me.

Every time it rained, even a little, the corner of our basement leaked. Heavy rain caused a little river. Everdry came out, figured out the problem and fixed it. They were prompt, courteous, took extra care to minimize the mess and cleaned up after. We've had no problems ever since even though there have been some major rainfalls. We love the service agreement and the fact that it is transferable.

When we purchased our home, the Everdry Waterproofing was already completed and for a small renewal fee every year we have the option to keep the warranty, which has been worth it. After removing our concrete front steps, and replacing them with treated lumber, we developed a leak in the foundation that went into the basement. We called Everdry to take a look, and fortunately the damage was covered under our warranty. They had to dig a hole under the new steps and fill the crack they found in the foundation. They also had to repair the crack on the inside of the house in the basement. They dug a hole in the concrete floor of the basement to re-install the water barrier on the wall into the drain tiles in the floor, and also re-cement the floor. They were prompt, did a great job repairing the crack, and a great job of cleaning up all debris. When they left, the basement looked great.

We were able to buy the previous owners warranty on the work done in our basement. Shortly after having redone our front porch, we started to notice leaking water in the basement. So we called Everdry Waterproofing and they came out, crawled under the new porch and noticed a crack in the foundation. They had to dig a hole and filled the crack from the outside and inside the foundation. On the inside, they also had to dig up the floor to reinstall the wall water barrier into the drain tiles, and re-cemented over the drain tiles. They were on time, did the work that needed to be done, and cleaned up after their work was done. They were very professional and we would recommend them.

Our basement leaked after heavy rains. Everdry did a great job in fixing our problem, and we have not had any water in our basement, even after all the rain we have had. It took just two days, and they cleaned up after themselves! We are very happy with them and the guarantee they give you is excellent.

We purchased our house 4 years ago. The previous owner had the Everdry waterproofing system done on our basement, and all we were required to do was transfer the ownership upon purchase. Are we glad we have it!! This past winter especially. We have an incline to our backyard, so we get A LOT of melting snow and water run off. Without our Everdry, let's just say we'd need canoes!.

It has been 25 years now and we have not had a problem (knock on wood) since they implemented their super waterproofing system. No more days of mopping up seeping water after every rainfall. We felt confident enough to completely finish our basement and have not regretted it for a second. Being able to confidently do so without any fear of water damage has added a whole other floor to our living space. Because it has been 25 years and because we do have so much water, our sump pump does a lot of work, and the once or twice it has had an issue due to overwork Everydry was here quickly to replace it under the extended warranty. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great.... lots of digging, concrete work and steel supports which was messy as expected but I haven't had a drop of water in my basement since.
