This job was done quite a while ago and the walls are still holding beautifully. I would recommend Everdry to anyone looking to fix their basement wall problems. This should have been done way back when the service was rendered. However, since it was not, I am writing it now. They did a great job and cleanup was perfect.

We are very happy with the work that Everdry Waterproofing did for us about 18 years ago!!! They repaced all old and broken drain tiles around the base of our basement floor. They also braced two of our interior walls as they were bowing inward. A second sump was also added. We haven't had any water issues since the work was completed.

We are extremely satisfied with our work from Everdry. The work was completed as discribed and faster than expected. We have had no issues with water or moisture in our basement since it’s completion a year ago.

The crew dug by hand for out side work and used jack hammer to break through inside cement. Old drain tiles were replaced. Walls were secured in place by steel beams which were sunk into cement. A new five foot crock and battery backup sump was put in place. All cement was removed from residence. Plants were replaced as best as could be expected on outside of house. Working crew were pleasant to work with. It has been two years and we are dry! Please know that you will have some work to do afterword. Carpets have to be tacked back down by a professional carpet person. If you have vinyl flooring it is a good idea to have a flooring person come out BEFORE they start work and cut a five foot area for the workers to work and pile cement. Just pulling it up and folding it over will crease it forever. Same with baseboard molding have a floor person pull it up and put it aside. Then it is ready to be replaced after work is done. Drywall at floor level may meet to be replaced. There WILL be cement dust to clean up. If the exit to the outside is over a deck cement dust from boots will get into wood unless you put plastic tarp down to protect it. Don't hose it off. Water + cement dust = permanent grey stains. They did a great job but just know you will have work to do also and it doesn't matter who does that job. Everdry goes the extra mile.

The team worked hard for long hours. Cleanup was thorough. We purchased the service agreement for them to return at no further cost to us and did have them come back and were again, happy with the work they did. Would highly recommend!

I called the company,quickly got an appointment. The gentleman that fixed the problem was polite and answered all my questions.

It was the guarantee that sold us, as the work was expensive. We've been grateful for our dry basement ever since. Everdry Waterproofing came back twice for minor repairs, no problem. Would have liked the basement floor flatter at the wall where the french drain was installed. But overall it was good work.

It again was 23 years ago and every year I do pay for the service agreement and I will continue to do so. I have never need to use it. But I fell better knowing I have it and at the time I was having the work done I can not remember any other company offering one. It is hard to say I have no problems but I would like to say I would have them out again and have told others I work with and family about EVERDRY Waterproofing.

Four years now and still no water in the basement. Even in the unpredictable WI weather, with freezing and thawing, rain, then snow, the basement is dry and the sump that was installed works every time it's needed. I am confident that if I needed to call for service, they would be as professional and thorough as when I first hired them. Well worth it.

When I bought my home, it included an EVERDRY home warranty. We had torrential downpours which flooded my basement. I called them and they are out right away. they dug out the wall where the leak was and completely rebuilt the wall. This has been 4 years ago and my basement is completely dry and has never flooded again.

It went well, from estimate to finished job. Workers we knowledgeable and professional and cleaned up after themselves.

Overall the service was great. They did a good job with the drain tiles and sump pump installation. It has been over a year and everything has been working great. No more flooding or leaks in our basement.

Everdry was profressional from start to finish. The salesman was very informative and was able to answer all questions. The contractors were on time everyday and worked from start to finish with very few breaks. This type of work is expensive, but with the right company, the job will be done well and you won’t ever have to worry about it again. Very worth every penny! Took a couple weeks, had one of their guys come out and look at the basement and the outside. In talking to him, I stated I added a downspout in late 2014 when I got new gutters. He agreed with me that maybe adding an extra extension to it may solve the issue. Told me to call back if it continued. Problem solved as no leak since and didn't need to mess anything else up.

Everyone from the Inspector to the on site supervisors & workers were all very professional. They did excellent work and clean-up. They went out of there way to complete the work on time. And if I had any questions, they answered them right away. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family.

They had the best plan of attack, method, and price. When they arrived to begin work there were plenty of workers to do what needed to be done, both inside and outside, for my 2,100 sq. ft. home. There was no confusion, unexpected changes, or additional costs involved. The guarantee is transferable to the new home owner whenever that may be. The job has included a battery backup for sump pumps and we can vacation or stay home during power outage with no worries. I can say there has not been "a drop" of unwanted water in my basement since their fix.
