Description of Work: Fixed several electrical outlets that did not work and he added electrical outlets. He replaced a motion detector light on the outside of my house. Finally, the electrician fixed a short circuit in one of my outlets that other individuals were not able to locate. |The electrician was a very amicable person. He was very professional in both his demeanor and knowledge. He just did not settle for I do not know, but showed the extra effort to fix multiple electrical problems.

We were selling our home. After the home inspection, we had some electrical items that needed inspection by an electrician and correction, if needed. We first hired another company to do this job. After a very bad experience with our first hire, the Electrician Inc. was able to come in and get the work done in a professional, timely, and fair manner. Various issues created by poor communication by our first hire caused us to have to scramble to get the remaining work done in a very short window of time. Not only did Kevin L of the Electrician Inc. do a great job getting everything done that we requested on two separate days, but when I was told 2 days before the sale that there were additional items that needed repair, the owner of the Electrician Inc., Brent Y., came out to correct these issues, working at our house from 3:00-7:30 p.m. and did this work at no charge. They fixed a three-way switch that another electrician had dismantled, added and wired J-boxes between basement lights, put grounded outlets in recessed lighting, correctly grounded wiring in garage, corrected additional wiring issues behind walls in basement, and inspected all the work done prior to when they started. Kevin L and Brent Y did outstanding work and at a more than fair price.
