On the day of installation, the owner and an assistant installer arrived on time and proceeded to wire in 5 cameras at strategic points for best coverage. They got all the cameras hooked up to the DVR and monitor, and showed me how to use the system. About a week later, the owner called me to see how things were going, and I told him someone had already pulled out wires on one of the cameras. He came back and fixed it, and I decided to install one more camera. As he was leaving -- ladder already on the truck -- he noticed a wire not tucked in properly, so he got back up on the roof and tucked it in. The system is working real well. I was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price, and the owner was very knowledgeable about the system. I was totally impressed by his professionalism, punctuality, sense of humor. I wish all my vendor services were like this!
