As always am totally satisfied with everyone at Heritage. Many thanks to Zach for guidance on choosing windows & my bright red kitchen door (love it) to Matt & Bill for the seamless, clean, timely installation. My questions always answered & IF there are ever any problems they are addressed immediately. Can’t say enough good things about this company!

The installers ( J & J) were thorough, methodical, careful and friendly - they did not hesitate to seek clarification when required. Heritage Window and Door checked the required dimensions on two separate occasions before ordering the replacement windows. The picture shows a selection from their installation.

The installers were great and the window was beautiful!

It went so good! The guys were very nice and cared about the job they were doing and took really good care of my belongings in the process.

We had six Windows installed. 3 on the second floor and 3 on the first floor. They were installed in November. The installers did an excellent job. They took care of Everything. They cleaned up totally after themselves. They were professional and personable and were well skilled for the job. The Windows look great and what a difference. In my office, no more winter frosted Windows. I recommend if you want a company that does it all from purchase to install.

Windows look fine. No problems with install; required 2 days to install. We did opt for the more expensive windows: 'SmartSun with Heatlock' Installer names: 'Rusty' and 'Dusty'. They did clean up afterwards. Installers did demonstrate how windows worked (some of them can be user removed for cleaning etc.). Only negative issue was the long wait to get the windows installed. After ordering the windows, we had to wait a few months before they could install them.

We've used Heritage Window and Door previously. Again, they were excellent.! The installers are polite, timely, and thorough. True professionals. You may pay more for the products but you get what you pay for. Better quality, easier installation.

The installers, Andy and Chris did a awesome job. We appreiciated their attention to details, and their overall expierence. They know what they are doing.
