Tim Schuett (Technician) was awesome and did a walk through with me to brush me up on how my system works and how it is operating. Great personality and very knowledgeable—awesome customer skills and made this first visit by Cardinal the first of many! Great to see local businesses hiring Vets like Tim as well!

Cardinal really is first class. As a hospitality employee, this is the kind of service you strive towards. Front office - top shelf. The initial call to see if I'm interested in the tune-up was very professional- I had to sign up! The 30 minute out phone call / text was thorough and very well thought through. A picture of the tech coming in and a brief bio on what he's about made the conversation so much easier and natural. The tech they sent in it's called Javier. What a pleasurable young man. Very polite extremely professional and more important knowledgeable. I truly appreciated his patience and walking me through everything he was doing. at the end of it I felt like I had just received a lesson in HVAC but more important, that I had connected with an individual I hope I'll get the opportunity to do more business with. Stellar person an amazing personality / character. You guys hire(d) well. I learned too that you have programs based in preventative maintenance that would provide much-needed peace of mind to a non-techie person like myself. Javier was sure to walk me through every one of them and ask me to think on it and decide if it's something I may be interested in. I didn't have to think twice. I signed up on the spot. Great service from Javier! The after service call to close out was in line with everything I have seen previous with Cardinal. I was walked through the services I opted to get on the maintenance plan and asked if there was any further questions I may have. It is a really nice close out. Very friendly, understanding I may be fumbling my way through understanding how it may work under certain conditions yet also professional. I felt very well served and assured. This is the second time I have used Cardinal. There is always something to be said about consistency in great service and quality. Amazing work Cardinal.... Nicely done!

Both technicians were prompt, professional, clean and courteous. You cannot tell that anyone was even here they did such a good job cleaning up. We had a small wiring job (new breaker circuit and multiple outlets) to be quoted and Electrician Mike completed the job immediately following the estimate. HVAC Mike arrived shortly after and completed the overdue checkup on our furnace. He even cleaned the filter on our dehumidifier -- I didn't even know it had one, lol! We will be doing a remodel on our main floor soon and will have Cardinal out to do the electrical, plumbing and gas for the job. My wife has commented twice already about how well they cleaned up after completing their respective projects!

No problems, quick service, good communication.

Five highly skilled guys, two vans, and two trucks. All tasks were very well planned and well executed. The air intake and exhaust pipes could easily have appeared obtrusive and ugly, The tech guy made it look almost like a piece of art. We feel lucked out!!!

Smoothly and efficiently. The permit and required inspection appointments were all arranged prior to the appointment. Mike and Travis were organized and work really moved along without a hitch. Mike reviewed the work completed with me and instructed me in the use of my new panel and all house surge protector. Both gentlemen wore masks for safety and they left the house and yard looking great. Not a thing for me to do. Cardinal is an outstanding company and I am so glad I was referred to them. I now use them for all my heating, cooling and electrical needs.

It took the technician 20 minutes to replace the wire and 20 minutes to discuss the job and the fee. The technician advised 3 times that he does not make the prices. For less than one hour work work we were charged $422.00 which included the follow: $200.00 attic access fee $149.00 repair fee $49.00 trip charge. We are skeptical of the excess attic fee and will be inquiring with the department of consumer affairs, attorney general, and writing further reviews of such practices.

I was very impressed with how thorough the tech was tracking down the problem, fixing it, AND making repairs that would prevent it from reoccurring.

Cardinal was very professional. From the call center to the technicians, everything was done correctly and promptly. I never felt like they were trying to pull anything shady, and they only fixed what needed to be fixed. They got out to see me within hours of my call and showed up right when they said would. I signed up for their annusl maintenance plan to keep my furnace and AC running smoothly. It was a good deal.

Their customer service, as well as the customer service from the people working in their office was amazing. They were all very responsive and were very open and communicative throughout the whole process. They also were very upfront in providing pricing before any work had been completed. I would highly recommend them.
