My experience with Droegkamp was great! I scheduled the 4 hour window for my appointment from 8am-12pm. Mike, our technician, called well within the window and informed me that he would be to my house in 20 minutes. He was thorough, friendly, and definitely experienced. He explained the results very clearly and gave me some very helpful and honest advice. I am very happy with the services I received and will certainly look to Droegkamp for my future furnace needs!

It went well. They responded promptly and made every effort to communicate with us. Our job was not easy: we had gas lines that ran up to the back of our house, but did not come in. They were professional and efficient. We will definitely go back to them when it comes time to replace our central air unit.

There was a mix up on my end. The Angies List Deal was for Droegkamp Furnace Company and I called Dave Droegkamp Heating & Air. They tuned up my furnace, and honored the Angies List Deal. I had no idea there were two separate companies. My mistake, so I can't really review Droegkamp Furnace Company.

That service turned out well. One technician came out.

He was able to show me there was some carbon dioxide coming from the unit. He was able to let the unit run on the lower burner until we mad a decision. He explained what was going on with my ventilation system, also. They actually said I needed a new unit. They gave me some recommendations on what units to install. I got a second opinion from a friend and went with a different company. They never told me anything about the warranty on the unit.

It was great. I bought a $40 filter from them and had them install. I was very happy with it. The guy did a good job and was courteous. He was thorough and informative.

They're just very professional. I feel very comfortable with having them in my home. They're punctual and polite. I think they're prize is reasonable.

I was told that the crew would be here at 8:30 and they were prompt. Crew was friendly, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Work was completed in less time than I had expected.

Everything went great. Scheduling was easy and people were friendly (on the phone and in person). They did have to reschedule because my original appointment was on an extremely cold morning and there were customers without any heat at all who needed service priority, which was understandable. No complaints about any aspect of the service. Would definitely hire them again.

Joe Landry did a wonderful job of quoting various options. We finally decided on 2 high end furnaces and A/C unit to replace existing 25 year old units. The crew arrived on time and we had heat the first day. The 2nd day they finished up the install of the wi- fi thermostat. and zoning. Droegkamp filled out all the paperwork for the various rebates which significantly lowered the overall cost. Joe and crew did an excellent job including quickly fixing a paperwork error where the receipt did not match the quote for warranty. I would absolutely recommend them.

Good, the only negative was that the service man arrived quite late .

Pretty simple and straightforward process. The service technician cleaned and inspected all of the important parts and took readings of emissions and flow.

I purchased the deal on Angie's list so paid $69 for what was supposed to have been a much more expensive service. The technician was polite and seemed to know his stuff.

The repair man was very courteous and made sure I was aware of everything he was doing. He took time to explain how our humidifier works and gave some details about our furnace.

Good gentleman did a good job, but they also try and sell you a bigger unit. I got another quote from a different provider which was able to repair it for a lot less.

Had to wait a month between purchase of Angie's List coupon for service. Had AM appt window. Driver called and told me when he'd be there, was here on time before 10a. I could have used more explanation of exactly what he was looking for, but then again, I didn't ask. Seemed to know what he was doing.
