My water heater stopped working correctly on a Friday night. I called Jason Saturday morning and we discussed the issue. Unfortunately, the part needed to resolve the issue wouldn't be available until Monday. Since the water heater was one week past the warranty expiration (that's right!), we discussed my other options. I decided to replace the water heater and Jason was happy to take care of everything for me that same day. He was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and very prompt. I would recommend him to anyone!

This was my first time using Home Advisor and Quandt Plumbing. They did an excellent job. Quandt called me right away, setup the job of the next day, called when they were on their way and we even wiling to pickup a key from a different location. Work was done professionally. For Home Adivsor's part, their process worked great. I was referred to Quandt Plumbing after a few easy clicks on their website. This was so much easier than googling "plumbers" and having to call who knows how many companies before finding one that is responsive and available soon.

A 50 gallon water heater failed on Saturday, soaking the carpets in two rooms. Jason returned my call right away and arranged to have a new water heater installed the following Monday. His crew arrived on time, did a high quality job, and finished in a reasonable amount of time - leaving no mess. Both Jason and his crew were as professional as one could ask for. I will use Quandt Plumbing again in the future and will recommend it to others. Thank You Jason.

The 2 young men that came, appeared to be young entrapanurs, excited to work and focused on problem cause/solution!! Outstanding to see young plummers, dedicated to honest hardwork!!

Jason was really fair to deal with. Many other companies expect you to pay for an estimate and in home inspection even if you know exactly what you need. Jason did not require this. I will call him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Great guys, were in and out quickly to unclog tub and sink drain. Charged probably what is minimum visit charge, so for a small job like this it was a bit pricey but they did a good job.

They fixed our drain the next day. Very pricey about $150 an hour. The technicians left a mess on top of our water heater and in our bathtub and instead of working on a payment plan their first thought was to threaten to put a lein on our home.

They came early, did a good job. For the time they were here, I thought they were somewhat expensive.

workers are very nice people and the work performed was above average.

Installers were polite, on time, knowledgeable, didn't want to cobble together a bad ordered shower door. I was happy, I don't give out perfect scores, as I believe there's always room for improvement in all of us.
