Sales was very nice and went over everything very well and installers can got new unit it and had all tools and cleaned up after they left! I have all my family and friends use them!

They have several offices depending on what you need done. They call me and I set up an appointment. They are always punctual getting here. When they do get here, they get right to work. They tell me upfront what's going on. I have never had to wait more than a week to get the parts and repair service done. Sometimes they have the parts on the truck, and I don't have to wait for them to order them. I know there are other places that provide similar service that cost less, but I like the quality of their work and I don't mind paying more to have that. I have a new contract with them for 2018, so I will use them again.

They are my regular scheduled maintenance. They are very attentive to the home needs and being able to respond quickly.

Donovan and Jorgenson were very prompt and responsive. When I called I was able to talk to service rep right away. I did not expect them to come same they but they were able to send out a technician (Marty) same day. They called ahead and set the time window. Technician shows up in specified time window very professional and polite. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix our gas furnace within 30-40 mins.

On time, professional and very informative. Their annual maintenance is competitively priced, the techs take their time to clean and test everything, and they don't upcharge for cleaning the blower, or doing a CO test, like others have in the past.

They were awesome. I thought they were really friendly. They weren't fake. They were genuine. They did a good job overall. I think they are good, and I would recommend them. I think they were slightly above the price, but we didn't pick the most expensive.

We just got a thing in the mail offering to come out and make sure our furnace is working. We love them. They are great people.

They were a fine company. They couldn't fix it that night, but they came back the next day. Their price is average. I wasn't here, and the furnace quit. My wife had to scramble. She called somebody, and they came. They didn't have the part available at the time. They had the part by the next day.

It worked out very well and we have used them for over 15 years now.

OK, although I had to call them to return because a furnace re-adjustment needed to be made for the air conditioning to kick on at the desired temperature set on the thermostat.

We are so very impressed with the work that D&J did. It was a very busy time for them in June but they returned our call promptly and was able to come the next day to give an estimate. Because of an opening that came up, they were also able to install the day after the estimate was given. They replaced our air conditioner but even adjusted our blower settings on our furnace to make it run more efficiently. They advised us to put larger cold air ducts in our house to match the needed air flow to optimize efficiency. We felt they were honest and upfront about everything and did a great job.

The problem was solved. Fortunately it was the less expensive of the possible alternatives' capacitor burned out.

This is a maintenance contract fee that covers the air conditioner and the furnace. They come out twice a year for checkups and to clean the units. They are very courteous and provide excellent customer service.

The tech arrived considerably late in the afternoon. He spent 3 hours servicing our furnaces (we had to cancel dinner reservations due to the delay) only to tell us the furnaces were a disaster and we needed to replace them. On several occasions he made comments that I did a terrible job maintaining our furnaces. When I finally informed him that normally my husband takes care of the these type of issues (I just happened to be home that day), that was the end of the complaining of the furnace maintenance

I would use them in the future. In fact, I buy their annual maintenance contract. That included both the furnace and A/C.

He did a very good job and I have not had any problems since. I would use them again.

We have used them for years. We have a contract with them to service our hvac twice a year.

I couldn't have been happier. The salesperson was not high pressure, and everything he promised was performed as stated. The install crew was at my home right at 8:00 AM and were finished at 4:00 PM. They removed the old furnace and oil tank, ran the interior gas line from my newly installed gas meter, installed the new furnace and the intake and exhaust pipes. They also added a damper to the duct going to my bathroom, and a high efficient filter to the cold air return. Oh, they also installed a new Wireless thermostat which I opted to upgrade. After the work was completed, the salesperson helped me with the paperwork to get a rebate from Focus on Energy because of the high efficiency furnace I purchased ( $525.00! ). The crew was clean and professional, and kept me informed as they worked on the various stages... ( ie. how I wanted the gas line run on outside of house, and verified with me where the exhaust line would come out on the house exterior). They also went over the furnace and thermostat operation with me before they left. City inspector came several weeks later and everything passed without issues. I had check with other companies for quotes, and most came in lower than the one I chose. But, the others did not cover running the gas line nor taking out the oil tank. My initial quote from Donovan & Jorgenson covered that as well as the extra damper install and the upgraded furnace filter. No nickel and diming from them! The only extra cost was the wireless thermostat which I decided to have installed. Great company.

Good. I sent an email to D&J requesting service for the following afternoon. I received a fairly generic email confirming they got the message and would be calling me. I must say, I hope companies can start using emails for actual correspondence, though. If I preferred talking on the phone, I would have called in the first place. Anyway, I received a call shortly after 8am the next morning from Bob, who was very friendly and polite. He said he could have someone out, but they would call before they were coming. Shortly after noon, Bob called me back and said a tech could be there in 20-30mins. Ben, arrived promptly and was also very friendly and polite. He went to work and decided it was either the thermostat or the circuit board that was failing. He tested a new thermostat first and it solved the problem. The whole affair took about an hour and a half. The cheapest thermostat he had with him (that would work with my system) was pretty pricy. It was also much bigger than my old one and had the D&J logo custom printed on the front with contact info. I could do without advertising for a service company every time I adjust the temp. I'm a marketing guy, so I get the impulse...but subtlety is nice. As a consumer, I feel like part of my bill went to making my thermostat uglier. A sticker would have appeared more cost-effective and could be removed. In the end, the problem was solved in a timely manner by courteous professionals. The diagnostic service charge was $65. The total for parts, labor and service charge was just over $250.
