Description of Work: When I spoke to the company on the phone, I was told the a chair would be repaired ($50.00), the dining room table tightened, and all of the remaining chairs would be tightened (remaining $49.00). I dropped the chair off at their shop. It took close to a month to get the chair fixed. I then had to pay a separate $25.00 fee for them to deliver it. | |I was not home when the drop-off was made, but my mother was waiting for them. The delivery men told my mother there would be a fee (per chair) to have them tightened even though it only took 5 minutes to tighten the table and that was not what we had agreed upon. | |Although the quality of the chair repair was good, it took a long time and I was very unhappy about the change in pricing for the services I had ordered and was expecting.

Description of Work: CT refinished an antique ice box that had been partially stripped of its coat of red paint by the time I brought it to them. They did a fabulous job of completing the stripping process, cleaning up and refinishing all hardware, and refinishing it with a beautiful, natural polyurethane. Everyone there was as nice as could be; they were prompt in completing the job, and they called me me with a question once they started, rather than assuming what my preference would be. They also repaired the piece. I'm very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: My father made a checkerboard table and I had them refinish it and add some wood for a base. It was done very professionally and I enjoyed talking to them. I will take other things to them in the future.
