Joel returned my late afternoon call immediately and we had a new water heater the next day! His model is that you buy the water heater, he picks it up and installs for a flat rate. Guaranteed no mark up on the water heater! He came in considerably less than his competitors and did an outstanding job. We highly recommend Premier.

First of all, the moment I entered my needs at HomeAdvisor, Joel, the principal, called me and asked how he could help. Second, he showed us how to get the best water heater for our needs. Third, he came the next day after picking up our new heater, and completed the installation in 75 minutes. Perhaps the best thing of all is that they charged exactly what they estimated; in other words, a flat fee. It was a great experience. Thank you HomeAdvisor. Bill and Rose Wood
