Used home advisor to find some one to install a new water heater. Premier Water Heaters has a great business model, very fast to respond and with the follow up questions I had. They were friendly & professional. Best pricing by far and would defiantly recommend them with no hesitation.

Final price was exactly as quoted. Great customer service and value for work done is excellent.I will definitely hire again for future work needed. Thanks for a job well done.

Joe did a great job. He fit me in for a same day install, provided a very reasonable rate, and did quality work.

Our water heater blew up, so we needed someone quickly. Joe called back and told us he could not come for two days but would keep checking to see if there was a cancellation. Ultimately there was, and he fit us in. I'm not sure if I have ever had a repair or service person communicate so much. Joe was very helpful after installation to explain how the new temperature gauge would work. This was top notch from beginning to end and I would highly recommend Joe to anyone who is in need of this service.

Joel called me the same day I requested service and he gave me all the info I needed to make a decision. He quickly picked up my hot water heater from a local merchant, installed it and hauled the old one away for a fair price. Installation was quick and the area was left neat and clean. I would recommend his service highly and will use him for other plumbing needs.

I found no other contractor to beat the price or the way they manage the order, pickup and install. Very satisfied with the quality and care provided with installation. Not sure how you can get much better.

These guys are great! Process was very simple - I ordered a new water heater (the recommendations provided were very helpful), they picked it up and delivered, installed and hauled away the old one. Very clean and done very efficiently - within 2-3 hours. Very polite and professional the entire time. Ultimately ended up with a higher quality brand water heater with a much better warranty, all for $250 less than the next lowest bid. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
