Crisis! No hot water! I ordered a new water heater from Home Depot. The next day, Joe from Premier picked it up, delivered and installed it, and removed the old heater. Saved me half the price from two other plumbers who couldn't even get to my job for 1-2 weeks. My new go-to guy for plumbing installs.

Great company explained the options on water heaters. Explained that for my water type that I currently have that a more expensive tankless system would not be the best. Installer cleaned up did a great job. Explained how to do the maintenance on it.

I had just got done requesting estimates and almost immediately got a phone call with Joe in which he explained how he did the installation and I bought the heater and used my veteran's discount. Joe sent a very professional email in which he explained the different heaters that he recommended. Online research indicated that his recommendations were for very good heaters. They were an absolute joy to work with. Joel did everything he said he was going to do. Arrived on time, worked quickly and was much less expensive than anyone else, but did a very very nice job. If I could give him a higher rating than five I would. He walked me through the whole process and made it about as painless as I think anyone could have. Wish he did more water heaters.

they were on time they pointed out that some of the pipes may have to be replaced because of there age they were honest and easy to work with real nice people they cleaned up and took away the old heater to be recycled

We discovered our water heater was leaking and contacted several companies from the Home Advisor site. Joel called us almost immediately and after talking with him we decided to have him replace our water heater. He was here a little after 1 pm and got everything installed very quickly. We would like to hire him for other plumbing jobs. Extremely reasonable and excellent work!!
