Description of Work: Air sealing measures-attic open joist insulation - wall insulation. Very pleasant to work with. Took a while to get someone to come out and give us a quote, but everyone was pleasant including the 4 man crew that performed the work. I would recommend to family and friends.

Description of Work: They came to do a house audit and we hired them to spray foam insulation in the basement rim joists. Quite pleased with the results, although one employee seemed to have less experience running the equipment and another had to complete the job.

Description of Work: Initially the experience was good. Person doing the evaluation was very informative and professional. He was excellent in explaining the home evaluation process and encouraged me to tag along with him as he did the job. Gave great explanations of what he was doing and how his findings related to my home. The problem occurred when he did some mild-moderate strong arm selling tactics to have me give his company the job to perform the needed services to weatherize my home. It almost sounded as if I didn't use the services of his company, I would forfeit my opportunity to use the Me2 program. This left me with a poor impression of his professionalism and I therefore would not use the services of his company again.

Description of Work: I responded to the coupon offer, gave my preferred dates for an estimation visit. I got an email back saying the dates I wanted were booked and that nothing would be available for at least three weeks. When I called the company to schedule a visit, I was unable to reach Fred. There was no further follow-up. The estimated cost for this job was shocking to me. Also, I was astounded that no other alternative discounts were offered to me to compensate for the fact that the couponed service that I expected to solve my problem, was not the service that Fred determined was necessary. At least I would have expected a percentage off like other Angie’s List customers offer subscribers.

Description of Work: signed up for insullation. when serviceman came to property, he inspected the attic and informed me that the deal i signed up for would do nothing for my heating costs because it was a cape cod home and would need much more extensive work. he told me to call angie's list for a refund. appreciated his honesty
