Vince personally called to schedule and follow-up. Worker was very professional and left everything very clean after finishing his work. There was an issue with the mixer valve not working properly, but Vince sent someone as soon as possible and installed a new one without charge.

The first plumber came(on the same day that I called! at a time convenient for me!) the week before & spent about an hour fixing a leaking toilet. He was very polite, professional and cleaned up after the project. Unfortunately, the toilet continued to leak. I called the following week, and again they sent someone the same day, at a time convenient for me, even though it was after their hours. Again, it took about an hour, but this time it was fixed, and there was no additional charge. I am extremely happy with their responsiveness, professionalism, and the fact that they live up to their word as far as guaranteeing their work and quickly responding. I will absolutely use them in the future and would definitely recommend them (in fact I already have.) I can truly see why they have gotten such good ratings on Angie's list.

I had just gotten of the hospital after 2 months with a serious heart issue. My wife was complaining that the hot water faucet would not shut off and kept on leaking a stream of hot water. I used to be able to do those repairs but not until I recover. After a few days of her complaining and my reluctance to hire someone to do a job I used to be able to do, I checked Angies list , because I was in no mood to have some boob do a half a** job and rape me price wise. I called Ingrilli and sons, they said someone would be there within the hour. Sure enough he was here and worked very fast on the valve. He checked the valve seat and washer and determined I needed an new valve. I was surprised he came back from the truck with a new Crane valve for my 52 tear old faucet.. I never regretted hiring t his firm.

They actually charged me half the price because it was so quick. It was a really good service. I would rate it with four stars. They came quickly and they actually cut the cost since it was so quick. The plumber just had to undo the traps, grab the diamond and took off. He did a good job.

The service person arrived on time and fixed the bathroom knobs pretty quickly. He installed the kitchen faucet in a reasonable time. I also asked about a leaking hose faucet in the back and he just tightened the knob. He didn't charge me anything extra for it, but it didn't fix the problem. I have to make another service call to get that fixed. Update: I didn't get quotes for the above job, but I called to get a quote to fix the leaking hose faucet and to install a furnace. Vince Ingrilli was by far the highest bid. They did a great job and I think the price they charged for the job mentioned above was fair, but I would definitely recommend checking around to make sure their price is competitive.

They were fabulous. They fixed our drain which we had try to un-clog on our own several times before and even explained how we could do it ourselves next time. Theye also did some extra work on our shower to improve the water flow. My husband likes to say that they made our bathroom “pink heaven”. We plan on using them again in the future.

I called for an estimate for installing a shower over the tub and to fix the lack of hot water pressure in the tub when the pressure was fine at the sink. Someone came out to look at the bathroom and the pipes, and he first took apart the hot water handle at the tub to see if that was the problem. He also explained what would be done to install a temporary shower, and what else needed to be checked out for the hot water problem. I received a phone call the next day with an estimate, which came in $300 below another plumber's phone estimate and I scheduled the service with them. On the appointed day, the same plumber came back and eventually replaced the pipe going from the sink to the tub and installed a new faucet with temporary shower. He cleaned up after himself, including covering over the hole he made (with permission) in the closet wall to get to the pipes, and was very polite and professional. I gave a B for punctuality, because on the day of the actual service, I was told the plumber would arrive between 9 and 11 AM, and he arrived at 8:15, when I was not quite ready for him to be there.

We are very satisfied with our recent service. Quote came in lower than competitors and Vince was willing to go the extra mile to contact the Village about shutting off water at the curb (other plumbers who quoted prices wanted me to contact the village and coordinate). The technician was very professional and on time. We will definitely go through them if we need plumbing service again.

I wrote an email to provider stating I had just joined Angie's list and was looking for assistance with bathroom repairs. He contacted me right away after the email and I further explained what needed to be done; this was on a Tuesday. He stated he would call me Thursday morning, it is Saturday evening, and I still have NOT heard back! Needless to say, my first experience with a provider from Angie's List is very disappointing...........

The plumber was great. The hot water is better than ever!

Gentleman was on time and very polite. He walked around with me to the problems and started working right away. Just kept on working got everything done in a timely manner. Cleaned up and was on his way. I would recommend this company very highly.

They came and fixed the issue, they were great. We used them multiple times.

Called on a Saturday night and they called back Sunday and came out Monday. Job was done within half hour. Response was excellent and the plumber who came was super.

I liked the fact they called when on way. Very pleasant clean looking technician. Inspected what had to be done, got the part from his truck. Shut off water in house, and very efficient, and clean work area. I would refer, and actually have said l would call again if any problem in plumbing. I got my coupon off for finding them on Angie's List.

Service man Arrived on time. Removed the old heater, installed the new one, cleaned up. Not much more to say. Fast, efficient.

Some issues came up but they were dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

They had someone to my house within 30 minutes of my emergency call. He immediately went to work and cleared the roots from the sewer pipe, effectively draining the water. Before he left he gave me some tips and explained why the flooding happened and how to prevent it in the future. Quick response time, fair price & much appreciated service.

They are good to deal with. The previous installers made some errors. They were giving us options on how we could get that fixed.

Vince Ingrilli & Sons are amazing. We sent them an email about 9pm in the evening, and Vince called by 7 am the next morning. The plumber came out to our house within a half hour of the call to replace our water heater. He was courteous, professional, and quick. We especially appreciate how responsive Vince Ingrilli & Sons are after trying for more than a day to get a water heater installed by Sears. We will use Vince Ingrilli & Sons for all our future plumbing needs. Exceptional customer service and work.

They were more up to date. He put a camera down and there was a lot problems than when the other plumbers were here. It is hard to get a plumber out here, the first one called the number had changed, and this company came out right away. We had a back up and had to rip up some tile in the basement and carpet. I think he was here an hour. My husband was real pleased with them.

Installer of water heater arrived on time and completed the job within the time given. Installer was respectful, knowledgeable, efficient and left the job site clean. We were extremely satisfied and would call this company again for other plumbing needs.

I know them pretty well. They fixed almost almost all of the plumbing in our house. Their plumber was very knowledgeable.

I made an appointment with the company. The owner forgot the date and time. They came the next day. The plumber he sent seemed thorough in his assessment but I'm not sure because I never received a return call or estimate related to the work. The guy who was sent said we'll call you with an over the phone quote. I said I want it in writing. He said we don't normally do that. I insisted. Haven't heard from them since.

Excellent timely service. This is consistent with prior experience. I have used VIP for years on all kinds of projects including converting old water pipes from galvanized to copper. A bit on the expensive side but I believe you get what you pay for.
