+ -1 moreThey're unprofessional. They charged overtime prices because they didn't come when they said they would. Instead of coming out when they said they would, they came after 5 or on Saturday. I had to call several times to find out when they would be here. They're very messy. One member of their company asked me to pay more for cleanup, saying he couldn't get his boss to approve it. They cleaned out the basement after snaking the sewer, put everything in a bucket, and then dumped it on the front lawn.
Description of Work: They "cleared" the drains and the sewer. They've been out 4 times. Whatever the problem is, they've not solved it. They only snake; they're not looking for a solution. They snake, the pipes are clear, and in two weeks the problem is back.

+ -1 moreQUOTE WAS ORIGINALLY $200 AND ENDED UP $700. IT TOOK 5 HOURS FOR A 2 AND A HALF HOUR JOB. CLEAN UP WAS TERRIBLE. I FEEL LIKE THEY REALLY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING BASED ON THEIR RESPONSES TO MY QUESTIONS.

+ -1 moreMISSED THE FIRST APPOINTMENT, DIDNT CALL, SAID HE FORGOT. THE SECOND DAY, I HAD TO CALL WITH A REMINDER. 3 MINUTES WORK COST AN HOURS WORKFEE. THE OFFICE WAS FINE, BUT HE DIDN'T SEEM VERY PROFESSIONAL IN SCHEDULING AND KEEPING APPOINTMENTS. ONCE HE ARRIVED, HE WAS FINE.

THE WORK WAS DONE EXPERTLY, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY, THEY TOOK GREAT PAINS TO CLEAN THE WORK AREA ENTIRELY BEFORE THEY LEFT. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR PROMPTNESS (IT WAS AN EMERGENCY SITUATION SO FAR AS WE WERE CONCERNED). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT THIS FIRM BE ADDED TO ANGIE''S LIST FOR THE MILWAUKEE AREA. THIS FIRM ALSO DID WORK FOR A CHURCH OF WHICH I WAS PASTOR, AND AGAIN THEIR WORK WAS EXCELLENT, THEIR PRICES MOST COMPETITIVE, AND THEIR PROMPTNESS EXEMPLARY.
