Description of Work: Repaired leak in water pipe (in rec room ceiling) to outside faucet. They cut out leaking valve to outside hose, and installed ball valve with a drain. Job went well. Much easier for me to turn on and off. I have recommended Pro-Serv to friends and family, and will continue to do so. They are the best!

It was a big job in the basement, but all went well. The tank less water heater works fine, and it's nice to have the old piping replaced. They cleaned up well at the end. Nice people to work with.
Description of Work: Installed tank less water heater. This required new piping to replace galvanized steel piping in old house. In addition, most of the other piping in the small house was replaced at the same time.

Jon was very friendly and suggested ways I could help that would save me some money.
Description of Work: Jon installed a new water-saving toilet in the downstairs bathroom. He also updated the water supply and drainage system for the first floor laundry room. He looked over the existing furnace and water heater and made recommendations for both.

Very well. John was very courteous and professional. He knew exactly what he was doing. He diagnosed all the problems correctly and some long tasks were fixed in about an hour. I have had others come who would take a $250 charge to just give an estimate. This guy charged me $75 for doing all the jobs. WOW! John was running a bit late and was kind enough to give me a call to let me know that he would be about half hour late.
Description of Work: Fixed a new shower-head, repaired a couple of leaking faucets, fixed a sink erator and also flushed out a slow going toilet drain.

Company was recommended by a family friend. Service was prompt, friendly, clean. Very reasonable price. Other companies were going to charge $60-150 just to come out and look at it w/o touching the issue.
Description of Work: Repaired PVC pipe from sanitary tub to drain pipe. Odd reducer & t joint also had to be dealt with.

We did not have an emergency, but Mr. Weis was very prompt in answering our call and setting up an appointment right away. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and very honest. Also cleaned up any mess and completed all work in a timely manner!
Description of Work: Bought, delivered and installed new (40 gal) gas water heater. Also hauled away the old one.
