It went super well. They were the first to offer an estimate when I inquired. Now, everything looks fantastic. They consulted with me throughout the project, so I now have the patio I hoped for!

It went very well. Called me ahead of time so I was able to empty the site. Arrived on time. Completed the work, filling major voids under at least two large areas and carefully raised the floor without inducing additional cracks. Cleaned up completely including the garage and and area where their truck was parked. Base on their performance I have contracted them to do additional work in a different area.

Very reliable contractor; excellent work; excellent communication; stop researching and hire Level Headed and get your project completed the way you would do it if you were doing it yourself. A++++ Awesome to work with!

Mudjacking of driveway and front walk

It went so much better than expected. They moved my appointment up because they got ahead in their schedule and worked me in a couple of weeks sooner than expected. Dale is a great communicator, letting me know when they would arrive and walked me through the process so I understood what it was they needed to do for the job. The crew was efficient and for as messy as the work is were very good about cleaning up and leaving the yard in good shape. Our walk and stairs look so much better now. They did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done!

Fantastic, done earlier than planned. Solved our drainage issue and was done quickly.

Our concrete driveway was 5 inches below our garage floor. We needed 2X4s to be placed to drive our cars into the garage. Our sidewalk was also sloping towards the house and needed to be corrected. We got a quote the next day after it was requested for on Angie's list. My husband was so impressed with the work that they did. With it raining so much, there was a 4 to 5 week wait to get the job done but Sam always kept us up to date and responded right away when I checked with him via email. We highly recommend the company.

Well the first Rep who came, we found difficult to deal with. Didn't seem to listen and respond to our concerns. Made a second call to the company. Asked if the Owner if he could come out. He did. And graciously answered all our questions and clarified how they could fix the problem of water flowing into the building. "Sam" then scheduled a time frame to get the work done. It turned out to be a Sat morning. (Even had to sweep off a little over an inch of snow!) It was very impressive to watch them core out the small holes needed. Then "pressure injected" the "slurry" [or 'mud'] AND... actually watched those heavy slabs of cement "rise" to the predetermined level they needed... that would "redirect" the water from entering the basement! These guys (a crew of 3) ARE professionals we thought! Very meticulous clean up too!

Went extremely well. They came out and quoted the project, gave us a date range of when they would complete the job and did so in that range. They were very professional and did an excellent job with the work - the driveway and walkway look great. The guys who came out to do the work even pointed out an area that needed some work that wasn't on the original quote and did it for a very minimal additional cost that was more than worth it.

Went very well from start to finish. Requested a quote via Angie's List and within minutes Sam called to say he would be in my area that afternoon and could stop by if I'd like. He showed up on time and walked me through the work needed, answered my questions, gave some good recommendations and wrote up a quote broken up by the sections of work I was considering, per my request. In the end the price he quoted for the whole job seemed very fair and he would be able to get to my work by mid-October at the latest. He provided his proof of bond/insurance and license to work without my asking. Over the next few days, he answered my follow-up questions well and promptly by email, addressed one concern and let me email him the signed contract. We settled on doing the work around Oct 12. On Sept 30 he contacted me to see if it would work for them to "bump" me up to today (Oct 5,) weather permitting, which sounded good to me. He arrived today mid-morning as planned (after rains had subsided) and after walking me through the work plan, he and his crew got started. They tackled the cracked patio first and did a GREAT job on that... I'd say they went the extra mile, too, raising a some pieces that weren't even part of the contract, just to "get it right". They continued sure and steady, patiently answered a few more of my questions along the way, and finished up in good time. Everything looks really good and all at the 'right pitch'. I have been pleased with the whole process and seeing their finished work now I would highly recommend them. I'm no expert but I think they injected healthy amounts of "mud" so I'm optimistic their work will hold up for many years (especially if follow Sam's suggestions, .e.g. for the pre-existing patio cracks)

While we did not proceed with the work, a quote was provided on a timely basis. The estimator was professional and explained in great detail what work was required and how it was to be accomplished. When we are in a position to proceed with this work, we will contact them. Again, very professional - hope to do business with them in the future.

They did a great job. Leveled the driveway which had sunk over the years and associated walk, patched drilled holes and hosed down the driveway. Am very pleased with their workmanship and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend them.

Our experience with Level headed was AMAZING! They far exceeded our expectations. When they arrived the owner asked if there had been some confusion because our front stoop looked like it could use some jacking and offered to fix it while they were there fo an additional $100. It looks amazing. The back stoop was in rough shape and after they left it looked great. They didn’t leave until it was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for doing such a great job. We couldn’t be happier.

We couldn't be happier. The crew did an excellent job, the concrete has no 'high spots' to trip on around the pool. We thought we would have to replace the deck around the pool but the 'Mudjackers' fixed the problem. The crew worked fast & efficiently and left no mess behind. We hope to get on their schedule soon to fix another problem area. A friend referred them to us after the good work they did at his house- so glad he did! Highly recommend!
