This is the 2nd time we have used Rob. He is extremely polite, responsive, punctual, and knowledgeable. Rob worked with us to keep us within our budget. Very willing to requote project as we made changes. Rob arrived when he said he would, went through the plan with us, and got started. He is so easy to have in the house, and we trust him 100%.

Excellent from the minute I called to set up an appointment to the point that the work was completed. Rob is very knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. He installed three light switch timers and then discovered that one of my exterior light fixtures had some strange wiring which he also repaired.

All when well they showed early dug the trench from the house to the garage, laid the wiring and installed some lighting. The project took most of the day and finished about 3pm. They do things by the book, and do a professional job. Update: 6-29-11Had to call Rob back to replace a outlet plug that went bad, so the garage door did not open. Don't think that this is a reflection on his ability as a election, it was just a bad plug. He did not charge me. Update: 7-12-11 Had Rob move a overhead light in my kitchen. All went well, a hole was left but he is not a drywall guy so it was covered up with a cap.

This job went very smoothly... Rob quoted a competitive price for the job, and I was not disappointed. Rob and Dan were punctual, professional, and very easy to work with. They were efficient and willingly responded to any of my questions. I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work.

They were timely and very professional and worked to assure we were satisfied. Although the job got a lot bigger than we originally anticipated, we believe Rob and Orin gave us good advice on what needed to be done. We have a couple of switch plates that still need to be changed out (they did not have them in their truck at the time of service) but other than that all services are complete. They had to complete some other more urgent work (due to the flooding in Milwaukee) but came right back to our project as soon as they could. We felt really good about their work, their integrity, and their commitment to get the job done with quality. We will definitely use them again...(although hopefully the need won't arise!).

Rob called me back promptly and gave me a rough estimate over the phone based on what I wanted done. The final price was very close to the estimate and was appropriate considering the time he and Oren spent at my house and the materials he supplied. Rob was able to fix my ceiling fan light so I didn't have to have a new fan installed which was more cost effective. He asked me my opinion of how to install the garage lights and really listened to me when I spoke to him or asked questions. I will definitely hire him again when I need more electrical work done. He does wonderful work!

Rob was professional from start to finish, and we are thrilled with the quality of work done, how fast they were in doing it, and how clear he was from the first time we talked about how much everything would cost. He is a gem!

Rob was recommended to me by my contractor, Dave La Bonte. Dave only recommends the best professionals, and Rob is one of the best. He is knowledgeable, efficient and very nice to have working in the house. He does a first rate job, always leaving a clean work environment and is careful in billing his time. It is great to find someone like Rob to work on your house.

I called Rob on Tuesday morning, he returned the call that afternoon. He immediately set up a time to come out and look over the situation. When given estimates over the phone - he discussed a few different scenarios and explained the cost differences. He also stated that he would try to find the least expensive solution. When he came to the house, he arrived promptly. Very pleasant and professional. He was thorough and actually found a random electrical line that a previous owner had run from the garage that ended in nothing in the garden. Once he disconnected that wire - all worked again. We will be calling him soon to complete the renovations in our living room.

I got a quote from this company to install two light fixtures and one ceiling fan. I did not use them because they were unavailable within any times that worked for me. I found another electrician on Angie's List which had much better availability and an equal price.

We needed to have this work done as soon as possible to meet the move-in date of a new tenant. We called Rob at Brighter Connection because he had done electrical work for us previously with which we had been very pleased. We were equally so this time around. He responded to our call in a timely manner, completed the job meeting our tenant's timetable, did so in a professional manner and kept us informed along the way. I highly recommend Rob and Brighter Connection!

What a fantastic find!! Our tax refund always encourages us to spend a hunk of the return on much needed or wanted home repairs. A recent electrical inspection related to another job done in our home revealed that our outdoor sidewalk lights and electrical was NOT outdoor rated. We wanted to correct that and had other cosmetic changes indoors that required professional help. Rob was AMAZINGLY insightful and responsive from start to finish. He suggested the recessed lights in our family room as a way to illuminate some existing built in bookshelves. When he saw we had rudimentary skills ourselves, he even suggested what small portions of the project we could complete and save ourselves on his hourly fee. He worked 10.5 hours the first day and then came back on an additional day to do two more hours of outside work. He was always on task, pleasant to talk to, lacked any of the regular "I know it all and you know nothing" ego that can come with this kind of work. He noticed errors made by previous installers--ignoring a ground wire in one light fixture--and corrected it for our safety. He had a lovely sense of humor and remained incredibly positive throughout. We have already recommended him to friends.

I found Brighter Connection through Angie's List and would definitely work with him again. Rob was very friendly and helpful. Price was very reasonable. Overall, it was a very good experience!

It was a A+ experience all around. We had many small projects associated with some basement work. Rob was accurate, efficient, and provided good communication throughout the process. In the past we have used larger electrical firms and have no plans to ever go back. Already passed this company's name on to another friend. I recommend giving them a call to schedule - Rob will get right back to you but email seemed a bit slower if you want to get a date scheduled right away. I appreciated his willingness to check some of our other GFCI outlets to make sure they were functioning properly. He was also able to give some input on lighting the basement when we get to that portion of the project. I felt they provided excellent quality, service and price.

Rob came out to give us an estimate for several jobs. We moved forward with our most urgent project. They were able to get the job done quickly so we could move forward with the rest of our project. Highly recommend.

Rob and his team were absolutely fabulous. We were on a tight timeframe because we were moving and they were so responsive. They answered all calls immediately and were very punctual. The quality of work was fabulous. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend looking at anyone else. If you have any electrical projects, I would call Brighter Connection. They didn't disappoint in any area and we felt that the amount charged was very reasonable. We found them on Angie's List and we recommend them to the highest!

Talented, bright electrician. Called very soon after I left a voice message. Arrived on time and was very effecient. Asked him about another small project to "activate" an outlet by using a light switch. Did everything he could to complete BOTH jobs while he was there, even the request that he wasn't aware of before he arrived. Very impressed that he wanted to get everything done in his first visit and at no additional cost. Two small projects but I will certainly contact brighter connections with all my electrical needs.

Great experience - a supervisor and two technicians showed up right on time. The supervisor answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns and then set his men to work. They were in and out in about an hour and a half. They ran into a snag when they opened the sconces I had purchased for them to install, but were able to troubleshoot the problem in a timely fashion at no additional charge. I was very impressed with the results and the new fixtures look great. The outlet ended up being an easy fix and though there was a charge in addition to what they had quoted me at for supplying the part they needed, it was a reasonable charge and they had it done in minutes. Overall it was a great experience and I would hire them again in a second. And, I'd recommend them to anyone.

I was very satisfied with them. What they did was fairly extensive because they had to pull the electricity out, do everything up to code on the hot tub, wire up the hot tub, put a new breaker box here and put a new outlet there. I don't think I would use anyone else.

I called when I could not get a circuit to work. They set up an appointment for the next morning. I really appreciated being squeezed in to the schedule so quickly. Turned out I just hadn't flipped the switch far enough.
