Rob was the electrician for a deck/pergola project we were having done through LaBonte Construction. Rob was professional and personable, explained all the work he was going to do first. He cleaned up after himself, even sweeping up after cutting drywall to install a new light switch. Rob will be back working on two other projects in our house through LaBonte Construction and I have no doubt they will be done without concern. I will make sure to contact Rob for all our electrical needs in the future.
Job went well, expected time to complete was accurate. Not all parts were brought to the job site which was disappointing.
"I wish I would have known there was a complaint. Like this job and every job I do, I always make sure to get the customers input before I start a project, I get input while the project is in progress and I get input when the project is 100% done. That's exactly what I did for you. I went over the installation process with you and I showed what it was going to look like before I actual did the install. You seemed very happy with installation of the LED lights. If you were unhappy with the look after the install I would have had no problem coming back to fix the problem for free. I really wish you would have contacted me to say you were unhappy instead of posting it on Angie's List. "There are 2 sides to every story. The fact that you are having problems with the city has nothing to do with Brighter Connection. Before I rebuilt the electrical service on your house I explained to you that you need to keep the fence that you wanted to build 3' away from the electrical service I was building. I even drew you a diagram to help you understand what I was talking about. The electrical inspection did not pass on the first inspection because the fence was built to close to the electrical service. Once you built the fence correctly the electrical inspection was passed. To keep facts straight, I did less than $1,000 worth of work for you (not a couple thousand). We do not except credit cards nor do we advertise that we accept them.
