The dryer stopped working. We figured out the problem was with the electrical fuse box (we have had that problem before). We have a house that built 55 years ago, and the switches are no longer available. Rob came out, and we discussed several solutions. Chose one, however that did not work out. This entire time, Rob kept searching electrical supply businesses for the proper switch. He finally located one (not an easy feat), and it was quickly installed. Best part about the experience was discussing how the electrical could be fixed, and feeling as though Rob cared about the quality of work that they did, as well as getting us the best possible price.

My experience was wonderful. The service (changing six light fixtures in an older house) was performed quickly and professionally, and all involved were talented, personable, very friendly and creative. I would highly recommend Brighter Connection.

I called the day before Thanksgiving because my electrician did not show up. I needed a light installed. Rob came out the same day and installed our light fixture. He did a great job.

He showed up within a day to do the work. He gave us a free estimate. He did very quality work. It was a very good experience with him there. He cleaned up everything when he was done.

Their prices are very high.

The experience has been just fine. They've been easy to get a hold of and get back to us as soon as they can.

We had a code violation for a condo we were selling and it needed immediate attention. Rob responded quickly and had Oren in our condo within a day. He helped us with the city and guided us through permits and everything we needed to get up to code. We liked them so much that we had them come to our new home the next week to do miscellaneous electrical work. The cost above includes supplies so we think the pricing was very fair. Oren did the work and was conscientious and very pleasant. Rob checked his work and ensured our satisfaction. He also had planned the job with us to find the most cost effective solutions for our budget. Could not recommend them more highly. Would use them for anything that comes up.

Rob came to my home within days of my calling, gave me an estimate on the spot and we scheduled a time to have the work done. Oren was prompt, neat and even did a repair to the ceiling so one of the lights would fit properly.

Brighter Connection people came in several times for various phases of the project. They were always pleasant and clean, and did the work right the first time. Inspections were no problem even though our town has a reputation for tough inspecting.

I called Rob on a Sat. and left him a message. I heard back from him that very day. We scheduled to meet on Monday at 10:00. He was running a little late but called to let me know. When he arrived he was polite and very easy to talk to. He looked at the job and even gave me suggestions on how to keep my costs down. I had originally wanted recessed lights in the exercise room but he suggested the florescent because of the heat factor with recessed and also the added cost. We scheduled the work to be done on that Wed. On Wednesday Rob and Tom arrived promptly at 8:30. They walked through the basement with me to make sure I was happy with the lay-out. Tom stayed and did all the work on Wed. and Thurs. Tom was very polite and was a great worker! He always checked with me on the placement of fixtures and switches. I felt very comfortable with him in my house. When the job was finished I received a call from Rob to make sure I was happy with everything.

The work went exceptionally well and quickly for the amount of wiring that had to be done. Rob came in and went over all that had to be done and then Orin came and with the help of the journeyman they we able to finish all the work in 4 1/2 hours. They were neat and cleaned up after they were done with all the work.

Rob was thorough, professional, personable and honestly created a sense of concern for my issue, and resolved it easily and competently within a short period of time. I thought I could handle the work and found myself in over my head. Rob came out the same day and solved it. Very fair price and excellent workmanship. I will hire Brighter Connection again.

He found water damage that could've started a fire. He showed us what he was doing and let us help.
