Description of Work: Lou was on budget, had a precise plan and executed the plan well within the deadlines that we set. The quality of the work was excellent and the result is a beautiful structure.

+ -1 moreIt was a lot of work. As far as professionalism he did not get the paper work done, somebody else uses them; they need to be on top of it. I learned through this experience that the buyer needs to be on top of everything. They cannot work on assumptions. It ended up well after all they did a fantastic job but that was a pain in the butt about them not doing the paper work. Maybe he would learn from experience too. As far as the end product it was great, the design was great, it looks great though now I have some cracking on the cement. Price wise he was reasonable.
Description of Work: I used Cheramy Builders to enclosed the car porch into a garage and added an entry.
