Description of Work: We had our oak floors refinished by Sergenians. The workers did a skillful job, and we were most satisfied with the end product. From our first meeting with the well-informed sales associate to the final inspection, this project was performed professionally.

Description of Work: Sergenian's refinished our hardwood floors while we were on vacation. The floors look even better than I had hoped and it was very nice to have it done while we were away. The sales staff were very friendly and I felt safe leaving my house open to them while we were away. The only negative thing was they left a few 'puddles' of their refinishing product behind on top of my washer and dryer causing a permanent 'film' to be left behind. A Sergenian's employee did come to the house to try to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, the damage had been done. It is not a huge deal but it is unfortunate. The floors look great though!

Description of Work: Installation was completed on day when it rained very hard. Installers were careful about walking in with wet dirty feet. Installers did a very good job. It took a little longer than expected to schedule installation date.
