This company was very easy to work with. There was no high pressure sales tactic, just a demonstration and an estimate. They did not try to talk me into anything. That was very refreshing. The windows are beautiful. They were very responsive to any questions I had. Installation crew was very nice and professional. I recommend Mad City if you are looking for new windows!

My experience with Mad City Windows & Baths was absolutely phenomenal! From the first consult up to the last finishing touches they did in my window installation, I'd have to say that Mad City is an amazing company. The person who we met with on our first consult to install new windows was very kind and respectful. He let us know of the great reputation that this company has and he wasn't lying! He was very informing of all of the options that we had and he answered any and every question that we presented with to him. The day of installation, the worker who was in charge of installing our windows arrived on time, he was very kind and made sure that everything was clean and perfect. My old windows was letting in too much cold air and was very outdated. I'm happy to say that Mad City provided us newer and better windows for our living room and we absolutely love them! Thank you Mad City for helping my home feel newer again! I hope to work with them in the near future!

I would recommend Mad City to everyone. They are very professional and the work they did was outstanding. Very neat and well mannered. When the job was completed they went and rechecked all the windows to be sure everything was in working order.. We had 11 windows installed and the price was way less than we imagined and the whole job was completed in 2 days.

Mad City was personable and professional with all that needed to be done at my home. Patio door replacement, bedroom window replacement, and shower stall installation. They even hired a subcontractor to repair a hole in the ceiling that was caused by a leaky bathtub. My highest complements!

They were very upfront about the pricing and offered us a great deal. We like that they are a WI based company. The reviews we saw online were also encouraging. They were very timely getting the windows installed and didn't leave a mess behind. Very professional. Very responsive with any questions.

From start to finish, Mad City was professional in selling their products, they did not try and force sell anything. The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products and service. The sales person even inquired if I was a veteran and that Mad City offered a military discount. The installation was quick but quality and before the installers could finish, there was a quality control manager who came by during the installation process and ensured that I was fully satisfied with their work. We were very happy with our service at Mad City Windows. Our sales person was extremely patient with us as we were deciding what kind of windows to buy, then changed our plan 3 hours into the visit. Install was very well done and we are absolutely thrilled with our new windows.

The installers that came out to my home were very professional and handled my install of 11 slider windows very efficiently. The next day, I noticed a small crack in the bottom corner of one of the windows. I filled out a ticket online and they called me and immediately set up an order for a replacement sash. When it came in, an installer spent about 10 minutes in my home swapping out the defective one and installing the new one. It was overall great service!

Mad city did an exceptional job of our windows. The people who we talked to on the phone to the installation were very helpful, friendly, and they know their stuff. I would definitely recommend this company to others, and have done so already.

Mad City also took out our old shower and installed a new one- its beautiful, they did a great job! Everyone is so professional and customer service orientated. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I did hire them also for front and back doors and siding for this spring.

Asked frequently various members of this organization for an itemized statement, still have not received one. I have no idea what the total charge of $9,000.00 was broken down to. So much for the claim of 70% off of labor.

We absolutely LOVE our bay window! Our experience with Mad City was very professional; from our initial inquiry with Brian, who was thorough with their products, answering all our questions and working with our budget, to the installers who were on time and finished the install in 4 hours - it was a big (21" sash) window. Their lead, John, was very meticulous and attentive to detail and made sure everything was completed. It did take 2 1/2 mos. to receive the window from the initial order, but part of that was due to Covid delays. We are saving up to have the rest of the house windows done and we will be calling Mad City again when the time comes!ð

Great service and great job done

The work was completed as stated in the contract. Two men came in the morning and removed the cast-iron tub and old surround, changed the plumbing, installed the new walk-in shower and surround, hauled away old materials and cleaned up so bathroom was clean and usable when the job was completed. Just a note that there was about an inch difference between the front wall and the back wall of the shower so the new surround had to be cut accordingly which gave a perfect fit. The men were very professional and enjoyable to get along with!
